Houston area Bass Fishing

All my life I have only saltwater fished until this year I have started to go freshwater fishing. I am not expert but I do love to catch fish. I have learned a new respect for Bass fishing with lures. I think this park would be a great place for kayaking beginner or just to come and practice throwing different lures.

Just a heads up, if you stand on those drainage pipes across the lake from you, Ive hit some good 2-3 lb'ers over there, fav spot

That's what's up... I seen some pretty big ones running through that drain but they were not worried about me lol.... I do plan to fish there often so maybe we will run into each other
