I never mentioned anything like that… All i said was.. if ur a new commer here, and if you maybe have friends… its better to ask them to buy you a simcard.. so u can have internet access… If not - download the offline maps and you can get it from the supermarkets nearby ! Or if you live in shared accommodation then the prices could be of that range. Food again meat eaters have cheaper COL than the vegetarians.. meat is comparatively cheaper in LT 😄. I would say rent 300+ , utilities 80+ Food 250ish.. other expenditures 150+

Why do you need lithuanians for sim card? prepaid cards don't require registration until next year at least. You should be able to buy it by yourself.
