Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing with you a gorgeous bloom with my new Bloom pouring medium. There has been a lot of issues with the Behr 8300 recipe changes so I am sharing an alternative with you all! Plus I share gorgeous Shelee Art Bloom Blowout! In this video I use a new pouring medium and I’m loving the results! This video is full of tips and tricks to mastering this technique. The colors p& this one are so gorgeous and I’m excited to be working with a color base. I hope you enjoy!

No silicone used for cells. It was all the layering of the paints that made those cool effects.
