Good afternoon The 1600375 card must be programmed before being installed or must be done when it is installed in the machine. You may lose programming at some point and the module may need to be reprogrammed.
Once a calibration producer is started you can NOT cancel it ! If you try to cycle the power you will automatically uncalibrate what ever calibration you were attempting to perform.
Very risky accessing this level , you are able to adjust multiple funtions and machine set up but if done wrong you can really put it in a limp mode . Do not recommend if your not 100% sure how to navigate the analyzer.
Good morning, I saw by your comments that you have a lot of experience with this module. I have a module that keeps blinking the led, would you know how to tell me what it could be? and sorry for any writing errors I don't know English
@@derrotandofilmes7919 you could get a flash code from the red led light,you just need to watch the blinks and wait for a pause. Soooo let's say you turn on machine and the red light goes .. blink blink blink...pause ..blink blink . You would have a code for 32 , but it all realy depends on the machine what model is it ?? And is it throwing any codes on the analyzer?? What's the machine doing??
@@alexgonzo737 the code i get is, blink 2 times and pause, blink 1 time and pause, blink 5 times and pause. after this sequence it will always blink 5 times and then pause repeating this while the module is on. the module is the E450, part No 1600292. I have 4 modules that do this, I don't know how to tell you what happens when you put it on a platform, because I'm testing it in a laboratory
@@alexgonzo737 I measured the internal voltages and they are all ok, I couldn't find anything that would justify this defect. would you have a table that tells what each light code means?

@@alexgonzo737 when you put the module in the analyzer it displays the following message "canbus failure: power module (6/6)."
