➤ Superior margin of the pituitary gland is convex / elevated (2mm) with well defined rounded enhancing lesion (~9x7mm) in the central aspect of pituitary gland and the lesion is extending into the suprasellar region, not abutting the optic chiasm. The infundibulum is centrally located. Findings are suggestive of - Pituitary macroadenoma....sir av surgery ki jarurat hai kya...hormone profile normal hai (MY AGE -22 MALE)
