I have the Nutribullet RX and I use this thing at least every other day to make myself health smoothies. With the large pitcher I use frozen blueberry, a few ceylon cinnamon sticks and cold distilled water as my main base for the smoothie. For a filler, I add in a powerful veggie either raw yellow squash, zucchini, collard green, kale, spinach or broccoli. I add the frozen blueberries first less than halfway the pitcher, next about three ceylon cinnamon sticks, then the raw veggie to fill leaving an inch open from the top. Last I pour in the cold distilled water again leaving an inch open at the top. Then I screw on the blade and mix it up twice.
I have to tell you. If you have anyone in your family that is sickly at times or have a hard time maintaining a healthy diet. You should get this Nutribullet RX for them and show them how to use it!
