Ex-metal user here. Revolut is okay but the chances that you'll be able to use the salary feature is pretty low. The straw that made me move away from them is the lack of a way to _permanently_ remove the "Suggested for you" section. I don't need ads in my app if I'm paying for it Revolut.

😫 Spent 3 days talking to 3 reps trying to figure out why they can't verify my ID only to find out they won't offer me an account even though my metal card is in the mail. Born in the UK with British passport & drivers license, employed, self employed and ltd company owner. Feeling mildly insulted but at least Wise will have me lol 😊
Sorry to read that Angel! You're not the first person to tell me that Revolut have made it difficult to register. Wise are great anyway, their m-currency card is so useful for traveling! Just a shame it doesn't come with some of the perks that Revolut has. Take care! ^Jonny

I plan on traveling to multiple countries next year. If I convert my USD to the multiple currency types, for example, JPY, TWD, and THB, when I make a withdrawal at the ATMs in those countries, would there still be a currency exchange fee or would I only pay for the fee that is charged by the ATM?
No there wouldn't because you've already exchanged the money, Revolut will recognise that and withdraw from the local balance. Just make sure you have enough funds and that you select to pay in the local currency. ^Jonny

There’s no taxes on transactions like that
I'm pretty sure there's no tax in that.
Worst can happen is they will probably notice an unusual transaction
