Liar is one of my faves, just behind Edge of the World and A Frozen Serenade (2 progressive masterpieces, a word I don't use lightly).
The level of artistry and beauty on that stage is almost too much to comprehend..
Lovebites are astonishingly excellent technical musicians. They’re also incredibly melodic and evoke emotions in the listener. They’re the total package and one of the top bands on the planet.
Listen to there song "Edge of the World" great song Asami (singer) brings a lot of emotion in the song

Another awesome performance from these beautiful and amazingly talented young women.
You're pretty much spot on, Asami's (vocalist's) powerful and broad mezzo-soprano range allows her to soar above Lovebites' extremely fast and heavy riffs/licks to provide the beautiful, melodic contrast. Those key changes by her towards the end always hit home.
Lol. Is there a single LB reaction, at least in the past several months, that you haven't commented on? LB should hire you as their overseas PR representative! Anyhow, keep spreading the good word.

all of their official mv's are excellent but if i were going to recommend one in particular to react to it would be 'when destinies align''. it is a remarkable song with a solo section by midori and miyako that is beyond epic with camerawork that will leave you reeling. my favorite mv by far and maybe yours too !

Asami-san is a phenomenal vocalist, capable of soft, soulful and powerful vocals, all with amazing breath control and an absolutely heartfelt performance. A drummer who hosts a reaction channel made an interesting point which, though I’m not a drummer myself, made the suggestion that Haruna-san does her stick twirl repeatedly in a handful of songs, not to be flashy (though obviously she doesn’t *have* to do itj but because it probably originated as an aide memoir for her to skip certain alternate beats in some of her drum patterns, just the same as her brandishing the left hand stick alternately too.

An old Miyako composition from her earlier band, A Drop of a Joker, but reworked for LB and for Asami to just kill!!!!! Asami gets to show off her vocal range, and Miyako does her emotional playing, and then the Vulcan mind meld of M&M harmonizing as usual. Haruna on drums has to twirl the sticks so she doesn't fall asleep as this is so easy for her LOL. When you have gone through the LB catalog you are truly amazed at the full talent and range of this band, especially LIVE. There is only one thing they are not capable of on stage and that is a poor performance. This is your favorite till the next song.
