For the man bracelet, if you use 11/0 silver beads, black onyx for the Bicones, and dark gunmetal grey for the pearls, it would come out looking like industrial chain woven together to form a design. Loved your video.

I think your husband is right - I’d love to see you design a bracelet for the men in our life. I’ve seen a lot of them using leather cording, but I don’t think if I’ve seen one in just beads, or a little dressier then cording...

Hi. I'm a senior citizen. I enjoy your videos and you are an excellent teacher. Beginning my journey with you to learn to make these beautiful bracelets and necklaces. You are by far the best and most dedicated teacher on beading. Easy to understand your instructions. Your voice is so pleasant and your attitude so gracious. I have a favor to ask. Please, could you do videos with same designs but larger beads? I ordered lots and lots of beads, but I can't see the holes on the 11/0 and the 15/0 beads looks the size of salt and pepper grains I was shocked when my bead orders arrived. Hope you make a new category of videos for larger bead designs for eyeglass wearing senior students like me who struggle to see these tiny beads. There's a whole new audience out there who would welcome this category of larger beading designs. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much Linda🌻😊🙏 You’re very kind! I, too, have difficulty seeing those tiny beads! I’m an older beader as well! I always try to add videos that use 8/0’s and larger. I’ll be doing more in future videos. However, my magnifying light ( Bright Tech brand from Amazon) has opened up a new world for me) I can see the smallest beads and I never miss a bead anymore! It’s wonderful. Check it out and let me know what you think 🌼

Hello Stephanie. I am a huge fan of yours. I've been watching you for years. Love your personality and how you put pieces together that looks pretty complicated and should require many steps but you simplify it to make it doable for many of us. I've been on and off since I started having major back issues. Now that I've had my surgery and able to sit a minute longer I'm finding time to catch up. I still have a ways to go hahaha. I did hear you mention your husband wanting you to do this design for men. When I saw the layout I instantly saw a men's bracelet and I wanted to do it for my husband. If you haven't done it yet. I am liking the outcome of what I've done. I would send a picture but I'm still working on it but almost done. I like to thank you for suggesting the size 8 sb if using 4mm beads. I used Miyuki size 8 sb and 4 mm round beads in black and hemitite and 15/0 sb in black. If I'm able I would love to send a picture. I clicked the FB link but it read not available. If you have another link please feel free to send to me, gorjusle@gmail.com. Thank you again.

Stephanie - love this pattern and the way it looks on my wrist when it's finished. Thanks so much for sharing your genius. I have a question about this pattern. I've made it several times, each time I've made it I've used thinner thread and less tension, but every time I make it, the bracelet ends up with a kink or two and twists in one direction. What am I doing wrong???? TIA

The thing is you are using Swarovski which for me as a beginner are not only hard to find but too expensive.
The thing with Swarovski is they come in these sizes 3mm bicone. If you like most of us by Chinese or other crystals mostly are not available in 3mm. I have tons of 4mm bicones, 3x4 rondelles. Also i have 2mm, 4, 6 etc pearls but ive never seen 3mm.
I noticed that because you favour Swarovski your bracelets always use these ‘odd or uncommon’ sizes of beads.

Started this bracelet last night, and when adding the 3mm bacons it is curving quite a bit. Had to put tightly when inserting them to get them to fit in properly, which caused the curvature. Started the second side, which has helped somewhat, but wondering if others are having the same effect.

Did you make your ring? Do you have a tutorial on the ring?

Help, Stephanie! I'm making this bracelet and it has been curving since the beginning. What am I doing wrong?? I thought it would straighten out as I went on but even at the stage with the pearls it's still curving. I'm messing up.

+Paulette Hill Hi Paulette. It’s normal to curve when adding the pearls on top. Straighten it out as you add the pearls ( I think I mention that in the video 😊) and loosen your tension. It should straighten out. Also, are you using Miyuki seeds?

I end up loving the simple stuff the best. I'm going to make it without the pearls. Great project for when you need to relax. 😃 Thank you!
