Thanks for this. I can’t wait to get set up once I’m in my new place. Keep em coming sir. I’m going to need to go back and rewatch a bunch once I’m set up lol
To get an accurate time estimate, install the "Printer Settings" plugin. Also set the speed and acceleration values there. They should not change the values indicated in the "Speed" tab, but they allow you to accurately calculate the printing times. This is because the slicer does not know the values possibly limited by the printer firmware (this applies to all printers). Furthermore, it would be better to set the REAL values of the different printing profiles supplied with the stock slicer - for each type of filament -, not those indicated as "maximum" in the advertising! I believe you also need the "Moonraker Connection" plugin to communicate with Klipper printers.
I am able to add my Ender 3 max neo. How do you get the printer included in the printer list under the manufacturer I have read somewhere this can be done but I have not found the video talking about how to do it.
Did you get this working with klipper? I did the same as in the video, but with Marlin like he says.. the bed and extruder heat up, but then nothing happens... Extruder just stays in the back of the printer..
@@troyblackburn4522 My bad, just read you were talking about the K1. I was thinking of the FF 5mpro. I could not choose Klipper on the list there, and did Marlin like he did in the video. But not working. Will look into other settings.
Can you make a video specific for organic supports? Mine work the only problem I have is taking them off, they destroy the model as the model prints on them. The connecting points look like spaghetti lol
Thanks for the great video. I have the Adventurer 5M and the same version of CURA you have, but I don't have the additional speed settings listed in the dropdown menu. I only have print speed. Any idea as to why? Thanks for your help!

This video was very helpful to me. I have the K1 max and could find a profile for it. Thank you!

I made it exactly how you did it but the printer get stuck with the extruder in the bed
Same here.. bed and extruder heats up. But then nothing happens. Extruder just stays in the back right corner. Did you get this resolved? Cheers!

Why would you select Marlin gcode type in your slicer profile for the K1 when it’s a Klipper printer?

@@NerdyFpv I use Klipper as my gcode type with no problems
