Don't be mad at MM, be mad at JJ. He signed nobody of significance and let a lot of players walk out the door. The RB position had a blinking red light going into the draft and was completely ignored. Zimmer needs to go first. The man looks out of touch and almost every game he is totally outcoached. Each home game the team appears slow and outpaced. Also for the benefit of the running game, Guyton needs to be benched. Put Bass at Guard and Smith at LT. That worked much better at Steelers who have a very tough defense.

Our DC needs some help we don’t tackle well. We don’t get any pressure on D line and we don’t cover very well trying to keep everything in front of us. My secondary is a step slow every week. Guys are running wide open every week. the offensive line can’t pass block or run block. We look like marshmallows upfront. And that’s a recipe for us to get our butt kicked.

They're 3-3, but only one of those wins was convincing, and that was against a Browns team that is 1-5 now. Their 3 losses were not even close, playing at home and getting embarrassed every time. Dak Prescott is a mediocre QB at best. He has talent, but he can't handle pressure situations and they're paying him like he's the best QB of all time. He's running an offense that only scored more than 20 points once this year, against the 1-5 Browns and against the Steelers in a last minute drive that was only necessary in the first place because he had already turned it over 3 times when they got into scoring position. Zimmer is a relic as a defensive coordinator, and while it's true that they were missing 3 of their best defensive players for this game, the defense still sucked before D-Law and Parsons got injured. They're constantly getting out-coached, they're losing at the line of scrimmage, they can't run the ball on offense, they can't stop the run on defense, and they can't score in the red zone. In fact half the time you can trust Dak to give it to the other team when they get there. The only player who's not a complete embarrassment right now is their kicker, but you ain't gonna win too many games scoring FG's instead of TD's every time you manage to get in range. Also this supposedly "good" Saints team that McCarthy is talking about is now 2-4, in fact they haven't won a game since embarrassing the Cowboys at home.

Got Ran through that's a fact. Now for my opinion that is no more relevant than the cowboys running game and actual dominance as a football team. The entire structure of the team is passive. More than a few great players and more than a few extremely good players. A few truly good coaches. A GM that has never built a championship caliber football with Jimmy Johnson being the orchestrator. Jerry drafts players and hires coaches that absolutely do not fit. A passive head coach which McCarthy is just like Garrett was. Passive coaches coaching passive players that have great football ability simply does not work unless somebody in the organization even remotely understands the nuances of a coaches mentality and how it relates to the identity of the team and the players necessary to take on that identity. Mike Tyson was an aggressive bully that didn't respect much of anything. Tyson met his mentor coach trainer. And fully bought into channeling that aggression and even having respect for his opponent while on purpose wanting to destroy them. Never mind football is only about the coach that gets paid the most and which team jerseys are most popular. The players and coaches attitude and mental make-up means absolutely nothing.
