The villa is looking great! I love the kitchen light fixtures, and the master bathroom is amazing! It’s all coming together and looks beautiful.
If you get your camera from Best Buy they have drop insurance where they will repair or replace the camera no questions asked. Jesssfam uses this on all of her cameras. Saves a lot of time and money.
Love the nursery! Will you guys have another closet? Where will you keep clothes in master? Just curious ☺️
Just a fun bit of information, warehouses do not always keep multiple of the same item in stock. If I had to guess, I would say that one of your carseats arrived before the other because one came from a warehouse close to you, and the other could have come from a warehouse across the country.

Instead of just matching the stain on the island you could put stained wood strips in a herringbone pattern. Or a shiplap pattern. Just an idea. Can't wait to see those new babies!!
The villa is beautiful, your choices are spot on. For your future home keep in mind gold fixtures will tarnish with most sprays and foams used on chrome fixtures.
Much admiration for both. I had four children and two extra that needed a home. Loved them all. I was a working mom through all pregnancies my last two were 10 pds boys. I was very tidy and what you are going through right now I doubt I would have survived. My sweetheart hubby was wonderful ( most of the time) but he knew I had to have a system and he was great about it. My kids had great fun , they grew up all smart good people. I think most of us that have been following you feel the same, we all want to come over and get it done for you. My best wishes as “ I” struggle with you, because I live a tad far to help.

We have the warm light edison bulbs in our pendants and its nice at night! Its significantly less bright than the recessed lights. 🙂

We sold the cabin. We have one home - the villa. We will live there while we build our “forever” home and sell it once that is complete.
