only sad part is if you restart your town, you can't get Nookingtons because the servers have been shut down 😔 you had to have a friend buy something for the final upgrade

Unfortunately correct :/ Though I presume with some tinkering you could enable online play. Even then it remains difficult, but I guess it could be done.
