Danielle, I'm going to be the opposite to what people are saying. Weight loss is HARD but it shouldn't have to be weighing on you like it should. You might need to be in a smaller deficit because you are an active Mum. Being in too much of a deficit and ignoring hunger can really affect your mood and energy levels. ❤️
Well done Danielle, I could never stick to intermittent fasting I get way too hungry in the morning! Make sure you look after yourself, if you need to rest or have a day off filming people will understand ❤
You did well not caving in ❤ my little grandson used to cry going into school then 1 day granddad took him and after that he was fine now he's nearly 9 and he absolutely loves school he can't wait to get back next week, little Henry will eventually settle ❤❤❤❤

Well done for not caving in, I would have and just stuffed my face. I think we are the kiddies safety net and they don’t want to school because they want to be with you at home. Stay strong it will get better. Maybe everytime he goes in to school nicely without tears then a treat when go pick him up xx

Go back to sw. You know you have free food To eat when you having a really hungry time, that's why I don't like cc, once youve done your calories, there's nothing left but go hungry, and that's not good for your mental health. 😢

Make sure you are eating enough protein. 30 grams per meal is a good start. Protein will keep you fuller longer. Good Luck!
