Having watched several longer interviews with him, I've concluded he does suffer from low self-esteem and anxiety. In 2016 he admitted he has had panic attacks out of nowhere. It's in the SAG-AFTRA interview on YT. He was making a joke of it (as he typically does), but he was clearly also sad about it. Panic attacks are no joke, you feel like you're gonna die right this moment. Felt really bad for him.

    Who are these weirdos commenting that Hugh looks oh so tortured? He agreed to do this and he’s an actor and had a movie to promote. It’s not this deep thing in the way people making it out to be in the comments.

    • @rumblefish9
      @rumblefish9 2 года назад

      Why? Why go through all this just for a movie? You don't even realize the hell he went through after this. His flat was burglarized, his phones tapped, his emails hacked, his car broken into, and he and his loved ones were followed 24/7. That went on for 15 years even after the whole scandal. There is a reason Grant became a whistleblower in the UK phone hacking scandal because he was one of their biggest victims.

    He really doesn't think he did a bad thing, I hate Hollywood. See everyone clapping 😂. Everyone wanted to hear him say he did something bad because they can't separate nice (movie) high Grant doing "dirty" things.

    • @WH-hi5ew
      @WH-hi5ew Год назад

      Not sure I follow your logic... he did do a bad thing, furthermore he owned it by saying he did a a bad thing and not making excuses. What would you have him do instead? As for the clapping audience... if they cant separate 'nice Hugh' from 'high Hugh doing dirty things' - then why would they want to hear him say he did something bad? It would be the opposite surely? Anyhow sounds like BS to me... sorry pal
