Fantastic! I am planning on purchasing your trimming tools but am also interested in learning more about that stone you use for varnishing...? Thanks in advance.

I love these. Do you have a video where you make a sake pot that fits on a burner so you can put a tea light candle to keep it warm

Hi, Just type my name "hsinchuen" on ETSY.com and it will take you right into my shop. There should be 2 lists of my trimming tools. One is the whole set of 5 and the other is a set of two.

I have a question about making a "tokkuri", sake flask. I am a ceramicist and the question I'm looking for an answer for is being able to warm the tokkuri under heat. I have heard without really testing that heating ceramics with drastic and rapid temperature increases and cooling period can cause a piece to crack or shatter like with glass. Also the glaze could react differently to the cooling and heating shocks. What is your experience with creating a vessel that can be safe to heat without shattering, and what glazes did you use?

Another question I didn’t see it here. Do you bisque the piece you are using to center to trim your work?

I see now because I thought your other chuck was bisqued

I don’t think I took a single breath while he was trimming the feet!!! He’s a magician.

Wonderful videos. Thanks. What porcelain do you use? Is this your own recipe? Do you do anything other than slow dry under plastic with large forms do avoid cracking?

This is absolutely gorgeous. Every part of your work is beautiful and very well made. Do you use any custom glaze recipes? Because some of them are very nice.

Thanks so much for the videos! I'm also interested to know more about the tool you use for trimming - is it something you made yourself, or can they be found online?

Hi, I have a question, I remember on one of the video you said in the description that you use Coleman porcelain mixed with another clay. I was wondering, if you are still able to achieve translucency with just Coleman only? By the way, I just love your work! you make it look so simple and easy!

I think you may have an electrical problem in your wheel's DC drive. I have to turn the sound off to prevent me from going insane. Please have it serviced. Thanks
