Replacing old oil for astra H and oil filter at home.
1. If the engine is cold, start it and let it run for five minutes to warm the oil. If it’s hot, wait at least 30 minutes to avoid getting burned.
2. Always use jack stands. Never work under a car that’s supported by a jack only.
3. Always hand-tighten the filter. Never use a filter wrench.
4. Use dipstick to check the oil level in the engine. Don't fill up too much. Recheck after a drive.
