First time riding in India just as I was exploring the city center of Mumbai. Two India lads offer me to ride one of their motorcycles and it wasn't the first time. The unfamiliar version of a familiar adventure bike caught my eye. The Royal Enfield Himalayan Scram 411 motorcycle.

It was a nice experience with you brother. When you was looking at bike i sensed the passion which is present in rider thats why i trusted you with my bike. It was fun. Please come again soon mumbai. We will meet again...❤️❤️
Thanks again for the great experience bhaee and you definitely were on to something when you caught me staring
Proud of you Sahil.. you represent the fibre of Indian culture.. respect.. God bless you and all your loved ones 🙏
Proud of u people like you Sahil. That was really heart warming.
Nice gesture bro 👍
Love from Bihar ❤️🇮🇳
@@iPedroMota next time visit India again brother.. and must tell your friends, relatives about our India and told them to visit our mother land... Lastly thanks bro for this wonderful video ..
That`s why i LOVE India...
You don't need your own bike in India! Just fly in and walk around a little and you will get to ride one, easy!
Pretty much eh, one of the reasons mega metropolis Mumbai positively surprised me.
No wonder why we're (unofficially) called the Motorcycle capital of the world 🇮🇳 🏍️
You'll find plenty of Enthusiats, Riders and sexy Bikes
Hey, how cool is that! Next time the Mumbaians come over to Europe and ride your bike. Good luck in India, Günter/Nürnberg
While the entire motorcycle industry went crazy with all kinds of innovations, equipment, which of course require electronics, Royal Enfield hit the world market with its simplicity and affordable price. Yes, a small group of motorcyclists want such technological wonders, but the vast majority want simple, durable, easy to repair, comfortable and CHEAP motorcycles!!! Affordable! That's what Royal Enfield did! Good for them!
They definitely created a great business model of keeping it simple and retro.
Goa is a good place to hire any bike easily ..to explore , chill and to get used to Indian roads ...
Funny that you mention Goa because that's where we got a riding day in.
Indian people always extremely kind and friendly! Im impressed how RE are dominating the motorcycle world so fast... i see a lot here in thailand and in brazil
But RE are not reliable...Bmw are way more reliable than RE....
@@weingkham4033 😂 LoL
@@weingkham4033 🤣🤣🤣
@@weingkham4033 I heard RE doesn't operate in Pakistan, how did you collect this info !😂
@@weingkham4033 it's not your 75 cc pakistani bike 😂😂. Which are assembled in local garage and Chinese parts
Hi from Australia, been following you, I am half Dutch and I love motorcycles, can you bring more content from India and riding motorcycles this would be unreal mate.
There is another vlogger goes by "Ride with Frenchy" who's been doing that for a few months now if you want it get an idea of what it's like riding around India. His vlogs are pretty enjoyable , check him out. That being said, I agree with you and would like to see more videos from him riding around the country in the future so I'm looking forward to that.
You are Amazing. And kool man
Bombay locals are friendly. India is great country. I born in india now in England. I am so happy to see you in Mumbai goa you Riding bikes. I saw vlogs in Poland 🇵🇱 in ike.
Welcome to India and Namaste.
Love from London 👍🇬🇧
That's unreal, just take my bike and go!!! So generous of them. I know it is months later but my friend Penny have been to India twice and rented a bike from the same crowd. Probably too late to be of use to you now :(
Some people do have humanity some have business mind...
@@SahilShaikh-no3qt some have both! But very nice from you to be so trusting!
Super friendly people everywhere. Nice bikes. You belong on that bike. Bring us some more please we have missed you!
Great to see you in India, Hire a Himalayan ride through the country, you will love it. If you can ride in India, you can ride anywhere in the world
Great to see you back on the road Pedro! Good luck in india, we're thrilled to see more from there!!
Probably one of the last few places left where they trust a foreigner with their new motorcycle 😄
It was something special and made my day
@iPedroMota Awesome content. I got inspired by what you did with TransAtlas and bought myself a Transalp Africa Twin conversion.
Hey mate, yeah, the retro look of the Royal Enfield, good motos. India also makes great scooters, the Bajaj, is very good, they used to make one that was similar to the Vespa. I'm sorry I didn't pick one up when it was around. The electric scooters are probably very good. Anyway, glad you are well. Safe travels.
Yes, Bajaj has an electric scooter and it is named Chetak (Its named after a horse used by an ancient ruler in 15th century) . The scooter is really well built, robust and has really good design. I bought my Chetak recently. :) Do give it a test ride next time you are in India :)
God bless you Pedrooo!! I am missing your adventure riding videos! Hope to see some soon!
Best regards from Serbia! ❤️❤️❤️
Cheers mate, there will be a riding day video later this month. Blessings from India
@@iPedroMota
Ride safe Pedro. There are lots of road maniacs there. Take care
@@Rossiya_Serbs_are_with_you. it requires alot of driving skills to ride in India. If you can ride in India then you can ride every where in the world that's the theme here people believe :)
Heard that one too. Guess I took the convoluted route then: ride almost everywhere in the world so I should be able to ride in India. That's how the math works right?
@@iPedroMota
I do not doubt Pedro. Your riding skills are awesome. Seen almost all of your videos, and I can 100% be sure in your capability.
God bless you!
Just got to India and already squidding haaaard haha! At least the helmet is there!
Sempre seguro Pedro! Se cuide e aproveite a viagem!
Asia baby, we all in the calamari racing team!
Dude, this was awesome! Really looking forward to the future videos. The guys that you met were super cool. Excited to see who else you meet in India as I am very unfamiliar with the culture.
I bought a Himalayan 2 weeks ago at the royal enfield store in Riga , I had a choice of the Scram or the Himalayan , but i went for the Himalayan because as you know from your recent trip to Latvia we have lots of forest trails to explore ! But as a city fun ride the Scram is cool looking .
Jūtu līdzi.
@@santiszibergs1116 why?
S@@Scale_Slotcars_Latvia Es tikko nobraucu apmēram 3500km pa Indiju ar Himalaju. Šeit viņš ir perfekts, elementārs remontā, katrā normālā pilsētā ir Enfield servisa centrs, diezgan ekonomisks.
Bet no civilizētās pasaules jeb mūsu platuma grādu skatu punkta - tam mocim nav bremžu, briesmīga amortizācija, neērts, nav jaudas, materiālu kvalitāte abšaubāma.
Es nemaksātu 5500€ par tādu moto pie mums. Tad labāk nopirkt jebkuru lietotu japāni, austrieti…
For City or highways re gt 650 is awesome
@@santiszibergs1116 there's nothing to sympathize about... It's his choice.
I have never seen such hospitality in any western country for Indians....
I am already your subscriber Pedro, welcome to india and let me tell you we have very strong bikers brotherhood here, always there to help !!
Hai Pedro, being invited riding such a bike, that's fun, certainly for a start of your trip. Lot's of pleasure again!!
Hey mate. How cool is that. Folks over there are so trusting to let this strange dude from the west just jump on their bike and go for a spin. Proper mint.
Good to see you on the big screen again mate, even if just for 10 minutes 👍
Ain't it something? Even surprised me at first but you can see how proud the owner is of his new ride and wants to spread the love. Cheers mate, something still coming later this month too.
@@iPedroMota I believe REs are half EU prices in India. But as I believe Noraly Itchy Boots discovered, it’s difficult to register an imported Indian RE in EU.
Enfields are superb.. That is why bought one 😇
Neat little thing, couldn't notice what was different about the scram but now I saw the front wheel is 19" instead of 21:.
@@iPedroMota Enjoy, man.. In Europe is freezing now but spring is close
Welcome to india Pedro, feels so nice to see you here. Looking forward to seeing you in Delhi someday soon
Great to see you in India Pedro looking forward to seeing more 🙂✌️
Pedro pedro pedro..
Damn, you make me want to go to India cheers 😂
Love it! Your channel makes me want to ride outside the US. So much culture I'm missing out on.
How did I miss this from 3 days ago??? No notifications! Awesome vid @Pedro Mota. You are a true man of the world. Great to see you travelling again. Thank you for sharing.
Yeah it's been like that for years now, YT knows by your viewing behavior that deep down you don't actually want to watch these videos. Dope to see you're checking in yourself to see what's up, cheers!
@@iPedroMota 😂 Have actually been checking every other day for the latest from you and Noraly. I figured you would both be getting a few weeks ahead of the stalkers…!!👀🧐😎😜
Marc Travels is attempting to reach New Zealand from Germany on his electric toaster, with the customary support vehicle in the form of a Suzuki Jimny driven by his NZ girlfriend Marie! He spends most of his videos searching for charging points that work. He has to change at least twice a day - for 40 plus minutes!
His footage is good, but the issues he’s finding whilst still only in EU countries are bad enough, and nothing like what he will encounter elsewhere. I see a Honda generator in their future…!!😂😂🙈🐑🐑🐑
Anyway, I hope your India adventure is successful mate.
Peace
I'm ready to see new adventures, this is a great start to your new journey.
Welcome to India . Have an awesome stay
Great little video, respect to Royal Enfield for keeping things simple and practical (although there's always room for real improvements), would love to see you tour the RE factory...

Hey Mate, hope you had a good time in Mumbai. Offering something to others is very common in India, it can be anything anywhere. Have a ride in Ladakh, Kashmir and Uttarakhand you'll love it.

Its good to see some nice indians once in a while.
now you are exploring the southern part and avoid the northern winter ?
Good ride !
Exactly, I was going in the direction of Delhi at first but then it was still 10 degrees there. Why not go south first before it gets too hot, win win.

Pedro why don't you reach out to Royal Enfield in India, I'm sure someone at their marketing department might see the potential in partnering with you on your stay in India, specially with all these new release they had at the end of 2022. Worth the thought!
They don't need marketing in India. Indian bike lovers' dream is to at least once in their life riding an RE bike. It's a dream bike for many in India. Even Harley doesn't stand anywhere close in front of RE in India. It's like asking for marketing for the Taj Mahal in the world for tourism.
