Hi guys, thanks to everyone for watching! Let me know what you think about this Casio! would you buy this one or the legendary royale? if you enjoyed please subscribe and like the video, thank you for your attention, -Watcharc
Hi Bru, I wear this exact watch for Business trips and it looks like an expensive watch and attract compliments. I bought it for the WorldTime function and for the look for 30 euro. It is comfortable to wear nothing wrong with the bracelet. 10 years Battery, the day it deplete I go buy another new watch. I bought the rubber version as a gift for my brother in law. He went crazy about. Same remarks all good.
Yes of course you can. Maybe he was referring to the fact that these watches are so cheap it's not even worth the hustle of buying a new battery. But clearly, if you keep putting in new batteries every ten years you'll be fine
I have owned two of this exact same model with metal bracelet. The first one lasted me for some 7 years, until I gave it to my brother when his watch died on him. Soon after he smashed it against a traffic sign on the sidewalk while putting his jacket on , at a extremely low temperature in the Canadian winter (-30 Celsius). The second one I just purchased from Amazon, and it's the one I use for my part-time job which involves physical effort. Certainly the clasp may open if its not properly secured, and the metal bracelet although is very cheap it's very lightweight and that's one of the things I appreciate about the watch. Can't really expect much for USD $20 anyways, but your review is spot on! Keep up the good work.
For a just slightly more money what about the AE-2000 or AE-2100? Same functions and appearance but with a SS bezel and 200 metres of water resistance.
@@watcharc9569 No worries. A while back I decided to acquire the full collection of AE Series Casios. AE1000 up to AE 3000. Have fun. Thanks for the video.
I wouldn't call it formal, it's pretty sporty in my opinion. If you want something more elegant for a similar price go take a look at Timex or at other Casios like the MTP-1303PD-1AVEF
Has the exact same bracelet as the Casio Royale and I don't understand why some people don't like it. It's perfectly fine. Same with the clasp.

I agree with you, there is nothing wrong with the bracelet, it is very comfortable, and the clasp works just fine.
@@RogerSayers Can't we add new battery after it gets depleted?

@@watcharc9569 Who knows if in future they will be available or not!

I think the Casio Royale is more successful because it is not round. The originality and the geeks prefer the square form factor. I too. :)
I chose this over the Royale cos the date size is bigger.
Yeah that's an advantage over that too
You had me at "broke"...

Thanks for the advice! I didn't know those models so I will look into them

I second the 2100. I don't really like the module on the ae-2000. Similar appearance but steel bezel and better water resistance.
Which you prefer
I had four Royales and they didn't feel right, so i flipped them. I bought an AE-1000W on the bracelet and it feels right.
what do you mean with 'on the bracelet'
@@garynico9872 Think he means; the bracelet feels right and comfortable
I have this watch... It's excellent 👍👍.
Yes agreed!
is this watch formal?

Well, AE-2000W is better than both.
Ae 2100 is better again!
