Thank you so so much sunshiney Rae 💛 When I went full-time RUclips and Patreon in January, I put this extra level of pressure on myself to make perfect videos. I enjoy every minute of filming and editing videos so it’s easy for me to get totally lost in time creating them BUT with the perfectionism, it started taking up waaaaaayyyy too much time and some toxicity/resentment started to leak in. I dont ever want to resent this process and u recognize that a better work/life balance is necessary for a happy life. the last clip, of the clouds from an airplane window, really touched me. it reminded me of the first video i watched of you, which was your first read with me video. i was reading "the phantom tollbooth" by norton jester. i had made two or three cups of peppermint tea, and had also watched more than two of your videos. i had also left the gas on the stove thinking i had turned it off. i walked the dog twice around my neighborhood and came back in to see if the air smelled different in the house. alas, it didnt. so i sat down and watched more of your videos. this just made me realize how much happier i've been since you and your channel came into my life. thank you to the moon and back, friend.
