So I neglected to mention in the video, but for the Crystal Raid Modes (not Expert Missions), you can select custom characters that have the "My hobbies are reading and sports" super soul. These characters include: Goku, Pan, GT Goku, SSG Goku, and SSJ4 Gogeta.
I think the point is to get people already invested in the game to spend real money to finish leveling up their cacs. It's the final monetization of a game that about to get replaced.
Finally a competent channel with most of useful tips in one video and not regurgitating other channels have said. Just letting you know the Broly Expert mission gives a lot more TP medals like 32 but does take a little longer to do depending how many players are playing. Just like a minute longer to do than Gokus or Vagetas mission.
The Super Soul is a Raid exclusive reward. If you don't already have it you'll have to wait until that specific Raid rolls back around again. You can change Super Souls in the "Change Equipment" section under "Customize."
I've talked with Tosok, I'm currently lvl 99, but he isn't wanting to level me up, because he says "Huh. That's weird...I can't seem to work my magic like I normally can..." and "I'm not sure what's going on, but maybe if you finish a few more jobs, I'll have things figured out by then." He says those 2 sentences and he doesn't lvl me up, and I currently have 600+ TP medals so I just wanted him to lvl me up a bit. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this and make him lvl me up? I'd really appreciate it.

Great video, thanks for the info! Hadn't considered crystal raids. The only issue I can think of is for the more casual players who don't have an excess of demon realm crystals to do the raids. Besides that. As someone who doesn't have friends to play with I've actually found it slightly faster to do expert mission 16 offline on the character you're trying to level for levels 99-107ish. After that it's better to do expert mission 16 online because you'll get more TP medals. My method is for if you don't have super souls to help, and there isn't a bonus going on. That being said, custom partner Goku has the super soul "My hobbies are reading and sports" available for 5-10 TP medals. If you're playing offline I HIGHLY suggest choosing custom Goku as your character since the bonus to exp is so large. Then repeat expert mission 16 offline. Final tip, save your TP medals until you're ready to buy all the remaining lvls for each cac. This way, when you're earning exp its in the lower lvls where the amount of exp to lvl up is lower. Buying the last 10 lvls with TP medals is 240 per lvl, but the amount of exp needed gets crazy high. Like 4.5M for 119>120. My method thus far takes all the time everything takes into consideration: loading screens online vs offline, time to find a lobby online, how often the host is afk, how often the host disconnects after so many matches, not being able to get people to join your hosted lobby, the lobby you join isn't running expert mission 16/17 exclusively, how long it takes me to complete the mission offline, how long it takes character select offline and additional loading screens Last note: Obvoiusly, if you have the super souls and people to play with it would be WAAAAAYYYY faster to repeat crystal raids or expert mission 16/17 online. I'm not trying to argue that. Just provide an alternative for the rest of us.
Strategy I used was expert mission 17 with super soul 40 ton weights. Once I hit a new level id use tp I earned to buy levels and repeat the process. Went from level 88-120 in 2 days

I find. The ultimate evil broly is easier tbh he gives way more exp and if you know the cheap build that breaks the poor man he becomes a joke. One easily beatable and grindable and I beat him normally around 12-50 seconds the only real gripe I have is while most of the time he won’t use the big blast but when he does even if you do most of the damage via his ball you dont get the kill which is dumb really wish they’d changed that.

If not, get the "Gimme 20 million zeni" (2x zeni earned) which is available in the TP medal shop often. You can also disconnect your console from its network and then back date your console to a time when it was available (try 2018) and load the game, and you can usually find "Gimme 20 million zeni" in there.
