This was incredibly insightful! I appreciate how you broke down each aspect of the raid and provided practical advice to maximise efficiency. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping the community become better in Raids in the game. Keep up the fantastic work.
I really like this video it help me make a lotta good builds for raids, but I hope you become big content creator. Your videos are really helpful and it’s kind of sad but not a lot of people know about this area so keep trying and you’ll get there.
Fun fact. Beast and golden form dose the same ki super and ultimate damage, so for friezas, it's better to use golden due to it not costing ki and only needing 3 with the animation being on the shorter side
It's called you find the one move and then spam it. You know the one. Basic gameplay skills are needed. Honestly it became so easy to spam as a raid boss that I both don't play raids or as the raid boss, it's boring. It doesn't really reward me that much anyway since I already have basically everything I want in the game. My main is already at its best, and I'm just grinding for the best super soul for him which I know I can get. This game is wrapped man
Hey i have a better option use custom vegeta whic the i'll destroy your planet into space dust (something like thath and it boost galic gun and earth splitting galick gun dmg every galick gun you use) it will do like 10k dmg for 1 earth splitting galick gun and he use only 2 bars of ki
OR if you prefer fast charging you can use the HAAAAAAAAAAAAA super soul thath boost charging speed (obslually on custom vegeta) in thth way you can basiccly get less dmg on earth splitting galick gun BUT faster charge so more spam and its basiccly e boost x6 the galick gun ss so idk
A really decent guide to Raiding. One thing to point out is that the first shot from Emperor's Death Beam does leave the boss in a second long I-frame until the rest of the volley starts to fire, so you will want to time your Bending Kamehameha or Bomber DX around that.
@@SasaroPenumbra & if you think about it Middle Weight Saiyan Female isn't the best for Ki Blast damage. Going Light with a +5 Ki & Ki Blast plus the Super Soul Let's begin the Experiment from Fu's is decent with Super Saiyan Blue. Like I would go for- Saiyan Female Tall Thin Health - 125 Ki - 0 Stamina - 125 Basic Attack - 0 Strike Super - 0 Ki Blast Super - 125 QQBang - +5, +5, +5, -1, -1, +5 (which I have) Super Soul - Let's begin the experiment Skills - (Top to Bottom) Drain Feild (not just Peeler Storm but also Marble Drop) Bending Kamahamaha/Crush Cannon Photon Swipe Burst Charge Elegant Blaster "Anything Ki Blast Type" (Especially what recommends the type of Raid/Expert mission) Vanisher Guard (Just in case you can't use Drain Feild) Super Saiyan Blue This is what I think is TECHNICALLY the best build. But I never tried it & I don't have the dlcs of FP Jiren onward.
As a veteran I can say this is what I been trying to say to other for a long time. At best Emperors Death Beam is the only thing I say avoid sense the first hit of the beam causes the raid boss to be frozen in place and completely immune to damage for a shot time. Beyond that not bad. I know there is more to all of this and many, many moved to go over that works wonders for raid battles but this is a perfect video for anyone not sure on what is optimal.
I use an alternative for the reinforcement skill and evasive, and that is "Formation!" and "Physco Escape." Formation buffs both Strike and Blast damage, which works as a best way of being both a support and a damage dealer. It can even recover your ki if you hold down the input longer and let the move play out. For Physco Escape, I usually use it as a replacement for when I don't have ki for Elegant Blaster, and it's useful for dealing with Peeler Storm as when you use the move at the right time, you can literally avoid the entire attack.
Solid tips, really good work. Another good build for Frieza race characters is to max out normal dmg and use the Golden transformation in conjunction with the "I am the universe's strongest!" SS, which boosts charged ki blast dmg for every charged ki blast that connects by 5%, up to a maximum of 50%. Almost guarantees breaking 10k in one raid fight
This needs a tiny bit of an update. The modern version is to switch out all forms for beast and or blue evo. As blue evo is now stupidly easy to maintain and beast is ALMOST AS GOOD. Its ever so slightly weaker
I honestly recommend Angry Shout as an Evasive specially for those raid bosses that use Mind Controll Moves. When used it will hit all players hit by the mind control effects. So after the uses it. Move up to it and pop angry shout and all allies are freed.
Nice video on raids here but there is one thing you forgot to talk about and that is the Frieza Race's Turn Golden's Charged Ki Blasts. They are super good for Raids for Raids. The best Super Soul to part them up with is "I am the universe's strongest!" which gives a 5% buff every time the Charged Ki Blast is used until it caps out at 50%. It super good. The part is that it won't use ki and you get Ki back when it hits so you don't have to use a charge move all the time. The only downside is that it has no homing so landing it can be a bit of a pain sometimes but that is where Consecutive Energy Blast comes in with god-like homing and spamable speed.
I've actually been quite convinced for a few years now that the effectiveness of Photon Swipe or Stardust Breaker against a boss's Gigantic Ki Blast is dependant on how strong the boss's Blast Super stat is. From my experience, Broly almost always takes just one Photon Swipe, since he has an emphasis on health; while someone like Super Baby, Kid Buu, or Zamasu would take three or four Photon Swipes or even two Stardust Breakers, and those three are strong Blast fighters. Of course like you mentioned, spacing, positioning, or distance might be contributing factors as well; we just know its not consistent, and I'm sure thats a little frustrating. For Super attacks, I would also recommend Consecutive Energy Blast because it is fast, tracks the target well, and the animation is very quick. Big Bang Kamehameha is also a big damage dealer but it can only be used to its full effectiveness by Saiyans; any other race using it will suffer the same problems as Bomber DX. For Ultimate moves, I've seen people use Super Electric Slide and Vanishing Ball a lot, and I get why: they're both fast, relatively cheap and simple with a consistent damage output, and they don't hinder other players. People might be mistakenly lured into using Revenge Death Ball when it is basically a Super Spirit Bomb that can take just as long to charge and eats up all of your ki instead of just three bars, which becomes a tad demoralising when the big ball that covers the whole damn screen just phases through the boss because he's taking too many hits at once from everyone else's moves. For Souls, I'm a bit surprised you didn't mention "Let's make this the ultimate final battle" since that also gives a 25% boost (XXL) to all damage inflicted, but at the same time I'm not surprised, because of how much a double-edged sword it can be depending on what boss you're facing and said boss's capabilities.
One of the things I like to do in Raids is combo Super Spirit Bomb and Warp Kamehameha, also Big Bang Kamehameha is also effective against Peeler Storm, whenever you charge it Peeler Storm doesn't damage you for some reason
There's a better evasive you can use, I believe it's called Psycho Escape. It- like Elegant Blaster- locks the boss off of you. It also means you can use another ultimate in replacement to Elegant Blaster.
I like to call people who use the "DON'T" moves "point hoggers" because they're the type of player to hog all the points to themselves just because they either want the raid rewards fast or they want to flex that they got #1 in the raid leaderboards, like that second part actually matters to them.
I tend to do that with jinkoman (ilver saibamen) cause 5 self destructs make me deal over 37k in the leaderboard. Only when a boss has pure armor do u run aupport builds. Cause I'm usually done a raid after 3 matches
Yeah man, hope it helps you out. And in this video she is wearing Kale's top, with Android 17's pants and shoes (from DBS), and some wristbands that I colored black.
It's not a problem, that's why. It gives maybe a second or so of I-frames, but then after that it just holds down the boss for a notable amount of time afterward, allowing for teammates to get in loads of damage while its active. It may not be optimal for someone who is trying to get their points and be done with the raid ASAP, but it is a god send for teammates who are using Bending Kamehameha and Bomber DX.
EDB is fine, most of the time even the AI hardly has a super attack nullified over the one-second duration. In testing, it rarely mattered in about 96% of raid usage, so it's really good to bring especially since it stuns the boss.
New Guide in 2024: If there's bosses that has super armored, you can equip the new Android 17's super soul named "I learned a lot from how you fight.", what it does is getting a lot of your Ki Blast damage stacks everytime opponents uses skills, Super Attacks from opponents will increase your damage to 50% for the total of 10 S, Ultimate Attacks from opponents will increase your Ki Blast and Strike damage to 30% for the total of 3 M, it will increase score even further
Innocent bullet or secret poison is good for event raid bosses because unlike in normal raid bosses or expert missions the bosses health decreases at a insane rate
Using poison is almost universally bad in any raid. If the boss has Peeler Storm or Marbling Drop they will spam it every 30~ish seconds, and if you're in an animation when that happens, you and your team practically insta-wipe. Even if the boss doesn't have any of those moves, poison causes them to become much more aggressive. They will switch targets less and use super and ultimate moves much more frequently, causing a lot of pressure for the team to deal with. Plus poison doesn't give you extra points, since it is the poison dealing the damage, not you.
Those grab animations are actually good for allowing teammates damage when they are fast. You knock them out of block and super armor right into blast.
Considering that the boosts Super Souls can give you are S, M, L XL, and XXL, the fact that yours is giving you an E boost is quite peculiar indeed. I dunno what to tell ya about that one.
