The 2nd Festival has officially started! There is a new feature for checking camaraderie where you will be able to select a specific character that you've spoken to before and have them appear more regularly in the lobby! All the old characters from the 1st festival also return! Keep in mind, each week it will most likely rotate and change which characters will be available if they don't have all the 5 new ones at the start. So make sure to always talk to everyone in the Festival lobby! If you have any better methods, feel free to comment!

This video was a big help because this is my first festival of universe. Im picking Kefla first for my camaraderie because she is my Dragon Ball Waifu. Then next will be Cell because of my favorite RUclipsr DevilArtemis.

Yeah just leaving the lobby and returning will usually switch em up.
If somehow down the line of the festival of the universe events, and if we somehow can have the ability to obtain festival skills for our ocs, then imma have to predict the obtainment method would be behind super tp medals or star coins, since they have the skills as a selectable category in the festival shop, now sure it is left darkened to indicate that it’s not available, but who knows if that’s where we can obtain festival skills for our created characters
I’m really happy that the festival of universes is back I’ve been wanting to see new custom costumes like the Beerus one and the broly restrain one I’m wanting to get the vegeta one next

I personally found it easier to talk to the character twice, then do pq 83 three times, then go back to them and repeat until they're maxed out
Definitely the easiest method especially when you run the same character as yourself and the allies

They should update this so the maxed out comrades don't show anymore, cause man, it's such a pain to reload again and again and again and not find the character you want to max out

Does it matter what preset of a character we use? For example if I'm doing Goku do I have to specifically use the whis symbol gi preset?
actually you can easily rotate characters, in the lobby of festival just create a room pvp and leave and bam rotated.

Actually start a patrol quest and then leave character select screen it's a little faster than your method
No way! This is my first one so i got alot of work ahead of me to get the new skills lol i wasnt expecting it to start till tom night
Is there a reason why I can't complete pan's camaraderie. It is stuck at just over 3/4th but everytime I do PQ's with full team of pan's. It doesn't go up once I complete it

Lol all most of this was speculation, but yeah you're on the right track. There isn't a set way beyond just contributing to your Universe. That's it, Reading their conversation they are always talking about watching your fights and your contribution to your universe. It feels like parallel quest right now because that's what it's focused on, next time might be expert missions or pvp etc. It's what ever has the boost on them.
Slo I Have. A Question: What If You Got A DLC Character To 5 Stars In The Festival Of Universes And Dont Have The DLC and beaten that character? Will you be able to play as it or is needed to get the dlc for that specific character?

Not at all. All you gotta do is just keep doing pq mission 2 using those characters over and over which you can finish in less than one minute. I just knocked videl out of the water easily.

my advice is:
Go into offline PQ
play the character u wanna max and have him as partner twice
play Pq namek explosion
that way you get friendship and Dragon balls
This would be easy if I didn't get kicked every time I join a lobby

I would do the Parallel Quests from the Festival Lobby and not Conton City, so you don't have to go back and forth from lobbies to see if the characters rotate. Also set the character you want Camederie up as the one you want in the lobby more often. I'm glad they added that.

Maybe it was just placebo but i think if you use "my hobbies are reading and sports" than you get more comraderie per quest finish

Awesome. Really looking forward to this. Hope the next pack of DLC for Xenoverse 2 is soon. Who is your most wanted addition? Personally Demon King Piccolo is my top choice. I want an OG Dragon Ball character, and I feel he has tons of potential for a fun playable character. Yes, his son/reincarnation is already in the game, but Demon King Piccolo, at least to me is just so iconic, that while left behind in the power scaling department was a huge important character

You do not have to be Goku online or any of the characters to get the camaraderie level to go up so you can just use your CAC I'm maxed out everything pretty easily in the last one

You need to pay greedy bandai for their DLC to actually use their festival versions. It tells you once you fully unlock the festival version of any character

Pq quests give extra glory points that's why it has that over its head it's only select quests tho

@arkevolved7371 Unfortunately the patcher is still outdated. The person who usually fixes it has not had a chance to update it since the last major DLC update broke it. We'll have to wait for it and then I'll be able to do a new tutorial.

My Pan's cameraderie won't go up, i've done more than 10 pqs as her + 2 extra Pan and lost enough life to make her come help me as a master too but it jost doesn't go up to the third star, i don't know what to do

Yes. You have to wait till the patcher gets updated which can take a while depending on the size of the update.

Then you better get the dlc for gogeta because even if you somehow max out the character you need the dlc to use the preset
