I love all Aerosmith, but you really need to react to their 70's music. Sweet Emotion, Walk This Way, Dream On, Back In The Saddle, Train Kept a Rollin just to name just a few. The brunette is actress Liv Tyler, who is Steven Tyler's daughter. Liv was in Lord Of the Rings and Armageddon to name a few.
Liv Tyler is the brunette, she is Steve’s real life daughter. She was in Armageddon, and the ballad played was probably, I don’t want to miss a thing, it was from that movie. That’s their most popular contemporary ballad to date.
This song was very popular because of the novelty of having actress alicia Silverstone. And Steven Tyler's real life daughter liv Tyler in it. as steven had only recently confessed to her that he was her dad. And he helped her choreograph some of her dance moves to mimic his. Even more remarkable is that liv has built a phenomenal career despite being dyslexic including being an accomplished pro horse rider who performed her own horse riding stunts in the lord of the rings movies and sustained a facial laceration doing one of them.
The brunnete, is Liv Tyler, she's Steven Tyler's (the singer) daughter. She's an actress that was somewhat popular in the 90s early 2000s, she was Arwen in Lord of the Rings. This video is part of a trilogy, along with Crying and Amazing, the guy at the end is the guy from the Amazing video, hence his reaction when they ignore him.
3:14 The Black haired girl is Liv Tyler, his daughter, I believe she grew up not knowing Steven was her dad, to not grow up as a famous kid. She play Arven in Lord Of The Rings, and in Armageddon she play Bruce Willis`s daughter, Arrowsmith made the sound track.
For me the 70's were my favorite era of Aerosmith, more rock and raw sound. This music video featured Alicia Silverstone and the brunette is Steven Tyler's daughter Liv Tyler. Their big songs that I'd be shocked you didn't hear somewhere - Dream On, I Don't Want to Miss a Thing (in movie Armageddon), Sweet Emotion, Walk This Way, and Cryin'.
Liv Tyler (Steven Tyler’s daughter) was in two of Aerosmith’s videos (Crazy and I Don’t Want To Miss a Thing). Liv starred in the movie Armageddon, which I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing was on the soundtrack. Steven didn’t know his daughter was the Crazy video until he saw saw the final version of the video. Alicia Silverstone was in 3 of their videos (Crazy, Cryin, and Amazing) aka The Aerosmith Trilogy. This video came out in 1994.
ahhhhh. i remember in high school waiting for this video on MTV. this song is part of a three song trilogy that tells the story. “cryin” and “amazing”. Every dude wanted Alicia Silverstone and Liv Tyler. 😂😂
An amazing American Rock band that almost didn't make it into the 80's but came back even better and became popular with a younger generation as well. They put out tons of great Rock and Steven Tyler had such an iconic Rock voice.
That is Alicia Silverstone making her big debut, leading to acting jobs soon after. Also, her friend, is Liv Tyler, Steven's daughter and Elf Princess (Lord of the Rings). This album was a comeback on top of a comeback for the group. I saw Aerosmith in 1994, they were still in their prime.
I love all three Aerosmith videos she was in. In order CRYIN, CRAZY, then AMAZING all from the same album. The hits were huge from this album including Living On The Edge!!! Oh the memories lol...
Alicia silverstone was already in at least one movie before these videos. There was one called crush she was younger than this in. This was around the time of clueless, I think.
Liv Tyler is the brunette. She’s Steven Tyler’s daughter. This is part of a trilogy of videos. Alicia Silverstone was in all 3. This was before her film career really took off. Aerosmith is touring this year and it has been announced they are retiring after this tour. They have been around since 1973. There’s too many songs to suggest. I’ll give one, more of a rocker, Train Kept a Rollin. But again, they have dozens of hits.
Crazy is a great song for sure but wouldn’t be the first one I would suggest for first time listeners of Aerosmith… Walk this Way, Sweet emotion, Dream On, Back in the saddle!… Come on that’s Aerosmith!
This was not controversial because In those days they did not cancel songs for dumb things like they do now days. Free speech was definitely something we had.
I Don't Want to Miss A thing was written by Steven Tyler for the movie Armageddon. For his daughter Liv who played Bruce Willis's daughter in the movie.
This was my song growing up, iconic video. And Steven Tyler’s vocals, wow, enough said. You might have heard of Dream On before. Please also check out a song The way it is by Bruce Hornsby and the Range… I’m hoping it will surprise you 😊
This song is part of a trilogy of videos from Aerosmith consisting of crazy, cryin, and amazing. All of them featuring Alicia Silverstone. Liv Tyler is the brunette and she is Steven Tylers actual daughter.
Y'all should do a double reaction where you check out Aerosmith's Walk This Way and then the Run DMC rap cover of the same song. The crossover brought hip hop to a wider audience and also revived Aerosmith's career. It was a big moment in the 80s.
No controversy, I’m 62 and IMO everything during my lifetime was cool up to about 2010 and then all of a sudden a bunch of people started to get offended by any and everything 🙄. Btw, the brunette is Steven’s real-life daughter, Liv 🔥
If you want to check out another legendary and hall of fame band that you haven't yet... Check out "Boston." The music and vocals will very much impress you! Their debut album was recorded by "1" man (Tom Scholz) in his basement! Every song was a hit, and was the biggest selling debut album in history for decades. It's still the #2 to this day. 😮
Alicia Silverstone wasn't a known actress at the time. This is one of three Aerosmith videos she was the main character in during this time period, so she was mainly known as the "Aerosmith video girl" before she broke out with the movie Clueless. The last little bit with the guy in the parachute was a funny easter egg reference to another Alicia Silverstone Aerosmith video called "Amazing." At the time, the Silverstone videos were in this order: "Cryin" "Amazing" and "Crazy." They reference each other.
Aerosmith is Longevity and Solid Gold! Steven Tyler is up there in the top 5 best Lead Men in Rock. Their videos are just as creative and their songwriting! Go back to the beginning- Last Child
This song brings back so many memories for me. It's one of a little trilogy including Amazing and Crying. We had many a night when we got home from the pub at dark o'clock and would put this album on and sing along at the top of our voices.
Aerosmith is a great rock band! try" Back In The Saddle"( Again) , "Sweet Emotion"," Dream On" and there is much more! The young brunette lady on stage is Steven Tyler's daughter Liv Tyler a great actress.
60 years old born 1963 grew up in the 70s and the 80s there was no such thing as a controversial video. You have to remember this was all before the crybaby era where we have to put closets in colleges for grown men to cry in. We all had plenty of things to do that we didn't spend our lives trying to tell everybody else what to do. We enjoyed music and life.
Aerosmith is 1st & foremost a metal rock band, dipping their toes in ballads, as most rock bands do. Their videos & live performances are always highly sexualized, whether with actors & actresses, or Steven Tyler himself. Thanks for your reaction.
This is one of three Aerosmith videos with Alicia Silverstone. She was also the main girl in the videos for their songs Cryin and Amazing. Both are great songs that were hugely popular at the time. Great reaction!! 🙂
Here are some kick-ass songs from each decade of Aerosmith's reign. Back in the saddle(1976) Dude Looks like a lady (1987) Pink(1997) Jaded(2001) They are on a farewell tour now, so still rocking. Check out some of these, dude looks like a lady is my favorite.
Been listening to them since the 70s. My personal favorite is Kings and Queens. Then Back in the Saddle. Then Dream On.. The new stuff is ok. Still selling... props for that.
I don’t remember the video being controversial- I just remember seeing it on tv and loving it! I was 15yrs old and I thought Alicia & Liv were badass and beautiful! I had a crush on both of them…who wouldn’t? 🔥🔥🔥
Finally!! You have got to keep going with the best rock group of all time.....Aerosmith!! Steven Tyler is most definitely known for his sexual status. The man oozes sex from his pores! Also known as the demon of screamin' because of his voice. Ans they are still rocking! He's 75 and they're on their last farewell tour called Peace Out. They also have a residency show in Vegas. Love, love, love my Steven! Please keep going down the Aerosmith rabbit hole. Love you guys!
The brunette is Liv Tyler (Steven Tyler's daughter) and the blonde is Alicia Silverstone. The video came out in 1994. The Director's Cut version is a little longer because the striptease scene is more detailed. This is the version played by MTV and other TV networks. Alicia Silverstone also was in 2 other Aerosmith's music videos: "Cryin" and "Amazing". Both songs are from the same album than "Crazy" and the videos were released prior to "Crazy". You should react to them also. 🙂
Wow, Bars and Barbells, when you two were giving your spill about Aerosmith, I was surprised how little you knew. You guys didn't strike me as clueless twenty somethings, but more like mature thirty somethings. But then again there's always bands we never or barely listened to.

For those who don't know the guy at the end of the video with the parachute is in the very next video that Aerosmith made and released after this one called Amazing. @@jgsrhythm100 They made their legacie in the 70's. Blew up in the 80's, and milked it in the 90's. For old school? I'd go with "mama kin" or "rats in he cellar". This punishment was for not knowing Liv, but i hear ya

This is only 1 song of a Trilogy. Brunette: Liv Tyler (Steven's daughter). She's also in: Armageddon Lord of the Rings (trilogy) That Thing You Do (with Tom Hanks) The Strangers
I was actually a little shocked to hear you question if this video was controversial. The prudishness of our censors & their paid outrage mob must be having an effect The 1980s & 90s were a fun time to be young. We didn't have any puritanical culture war on male-female relationships being forced on us 24/7. It was okay to idealise beauty & freedom. I really do fear for the future if things don't turn around

The 1980s & 90s were a fun time to be young. We didn't have any puritanical culture war on male-female relationships being forced on us 24/7. It was okay to idealise beauty & freedom. I really do fear for the future if things don't turn around
steven's daughter liv is in passanger seat
