- Bingsu (or Bingsoo) is Korean style shaved ice is a dessert comprised of finely shaved ice, sometimes called "snow," with sweet toppings that include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup and most commonly, red bean. But maybe you're looking for something a little more approachable? I also featured their Chocolate Lava Bingsu which has a scoop of ice cream hidden within the snow, and is topped with a chocolate cake. The other two favorite flavors were mango and taro.
This week I'm visiting Milkie Milkie in Edmonds, Washington which is just North of Seattle. They are also opening a shop in Seattle's International District.
This was a really nicely edited video!! You earned yourself a subscriber :D

I heard this bingsoo was fire. Let's hope the place is still standing. Is it peaceful in the area, or do I need to bring a ski mask and molotov cocktail for admission?
they just opened their International District location that was supposed to open right before the shutdown, I haven't been back to try it to go yet
