Thank you so greatly itiswritten for this episode...God revives hope within me despite that life is really tough! Thank you for the prayer. I've been searching in the web for Dr. Nedley's program workbook on depression but I failed. I hope someday can avail one. Praise God for Maximum Health videos. God bless

What is your diet? Explain a.simple plant base diet for persons living in a third world country. I am trying to eat plant base but it seem I am getting all the nutrients I need. Thank you for the info.

You have access to more plant base foods in third world countries than those in the USA

Chrissy, thank you for your interest in eating a more plant-based diet. It is still possible to do this in a developing country, but it may take a little planning since different fruits and vegetables grow in different parts of the world (for example, your options in Mongolia will differ widely from your options in Mali). However, in most cases, a good mix of plant-based options should be available. A general rule of thumb is to try to eat something from the five basic food groups of a plant-based diet: fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes. Try to eat a variety of colors and make sure you get enough protein and carbohydrates for the energy you need. These are general guidelines to help you head in the right direction, but we would suggest you continue to do some research to find what will work best in your particular area. Blessings on your journey!

Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein included meat in their diet. So did Jesus and His apostles, and Able grew livestock to provide food to his family. That's enough evidence for me in choosing the correct diet for us.
