It looked ok mate. I’m completely with you on the fried bread and tomatoes. I love black pudding too. Looks a lovely place but I much preferred the look of the fry up you had at the bakery place about 3 or 4 videos ago. I’ll go 6.5/10. Great review mate👍

Looked delicious. I was at an Abbey once with my Mansfield friends but I've no idea if it was the same one. But it was a Sunday and later we stupidly didn't allow enough time for me to get to East Midlands Airport for my Glasgow flight home. A friend of theirs did his best to try to get me there on time but I missed my plane. Luckily there was another one going to Glasgow that night.
Mr Mac, the sausages 07:50 are like that because they have been deep fried. Cafes do that because it saves time over slowly pan frying them, but for me it kills the taste and texture.
Looked great lee! When you coming back to Ireland you need to come too Dublin fir a visit✌️
£60 a room would be out of my price range as I'm a lone traveller but cheap for two people sharing 👍

Great review as ever. I thought 7 was a bit harsh I would have gone 8 great value at £7.99 & the location was great. As to the eggs & Tomatoes, the eggs looked perfect & the tomato it looked ok, but tinned would ruin it for me so just shows it's all about opinions. Off to Tenerife in a couple of weeks when are you returning?

Same as Lee, eggs flipped over for no more than few seconds, fried bread(my dads were the best) butchers sausage, thick cut unsmoked bacon, Italian plum tomatoes, mushrooms, beans sometimes & defo no hashbrowns! But occasionally an oatcake thrown in! (Controversial😂) coz I'm from Derbyshire👍

Aaah, 2 eggs and toast - scoop the egg onto the buttered toast and devour whilst still hot. My first go to.
Ask them to baste your eggs. (Basted eggs)That will keep the yolk soft with pink on top. Hope this helps. Enjoy your videos. You have good energy

Now that’s exactly how I do my fried eggs a spoonful of fried oil over the yolk to ensure it’s cooked (but not over cooked) can’t stand flipped eggs!!!

Nothing worse if you get the comedy hariboo egg situation like they used to do in Little Chef’s. My Mum taught us the best way to fry eggs in quality bacon fat basting the tops, gorgeous with bacon brown bits. Fried slice of white bread is also awesome in bacon fat. My Mum always did tinned toms and I prefer them but I also love posh tomatoes when fried until soft.

In Canada we asked for eggs,"Over Eas" means they flip them over just for a few seconds so the yolks are still kept runny

I thought that looked great kidda, the tomato took a bit of sawing through but overall the quality looked pretty good, pleasant setting and I’ll give 8/10 👍🏻
Hash browns have no place on an English breakfast plate.......controversial but true....the fried slice is king.
Hash browns are American but I hate fried bread too ..cant win them all

If you don’t flip the eggs then simply pop a lid on them and they will get where you want. Baked beans are beans...unless you make your own.

I try not to read the comments before hand. However, I read someone comments about hash browns having no place. I agree, hash brown comes with McDonalds breakfast. I felt that there was too much choice of food, I would be there all day. Enjoy seeing Ang. I can not keep up : Ang, Darren, Silver fox, the General and not forgetting, CraicMaster.👍

Glad ur back to MacMaster and left the MoanMaster behind. Decent looking breakfast even if the eggs weren't perfect and i spotted fat on the bacon. Keep up the good work.
Nice location...Average breakfast if you ask me...They could have put some local produce on the plate...what I call a 'supermarket breakfast', not a farm breakfast, (cheaper ingredients). Certainly room for improvement there. All the best to both of you. 6.5/10
