During GearFest 2023, multi-genre composer and guitarist Gretchen Menn was joined by Sweetwater Academy instructor Marnée Jenkins in a duet of performance and conversation over their shared passion for Breedlove acoustic guitars. The two talk Breedlove’s history of innovation and how their experiences with Breedlove guitars have made them a staple in their aural armoires. Crazy, Gretchen uses the stock, XT strings I believe, and she makes that guitar sound so beautiful. My Breedlove is a canon and my fingers are to big & clunky to sound so dang pretty. I could listen to these 2 all darn day! Holy #$)* that collaboration guitar is absolutely gorgeous looking. I'll trade ya my sweet grass for it :)
