Hello, for some reason even with the switch set to manual the exposure settings have a little white A next to them and I can’t for the life of me find what setting is locking them in auto

hi im still using mirrorless now for events and some spot. But i need a more versatile camera that i could take with me without a big and heavy bag and a lot of expensive lenses. I know that mirrorless cameras have a much more cinematic look. Can i use this camera for events, like wedding or jourlalist works? Is this camera used also in tv world and sport? Or its too beginner for that? (i m saying of z90 in particular) i could use this camera for professional use or i have to spent more money for the z280? i m refering to : sport, news, documentary, wedding, streaming, studio works
