One thing I never understood is Jim being surprised the doors were chained shut. Wouldn't he have gone out the front door to meet for the snowball fight? Dwight was already in the snowman so he couldn't have snuck by Jim to lock the doors. I also think Jim is aware of his surroundings enough so that Mose or someone else couldn't sneak past him, put loud chains around the door, then leave without him noticing.

The Office is one of those perfect shows. Perfect casting, perfect acting, perfect writing. The only thing they didn't do that would have made this show complete was get Ron Livingston to make a guest appearance
I like how they left Michael's fake girlfriend story even when it was a totally different plot line, no one voted for it, and it wasn't that kind of scary. But it would've been weird cutting it before that.
