5 million wow love the floors and the tile detail in bathroom. Did the lighting fixtures come with house or did buyer have those put in? The office is impeccable

Thank you Angela for your feedback! The problem is finding the right upbeat song and also its about 50/50 some like upbeat and others prefer calming/relaxing so we can please them all. :) Hope you enjoy viewing the homes though.
5 mill home and there is no custom millwork and they have frameless cabinet doors which does nothing for stability

What is the purpose of showing homes that are already sold. I feel a lot of these realtors are just showing homes that are not theirs just for personal business traffic to reel people in
This is a builder who can build the exact or similar home! This is how you showcase a finished product that a potential buyer might like to purchase. It’s hard to visualize what something could look like. Agents still get paid to bring a buyer who helps with the building process. So that’s why a property like this would be shown. :)
Some of us come here for home inspiration and layout ideas.
