Excellent video! Calls all of us to step up our game. We're educated, intelligent and creative. Hazing happens when you've run out of ideas. The notable members piece was nice. Names added to each one would have been extra informative. Great job!
great video brothers. we definitely need to find another way to bring in new members without a culture of hazing. HOWEVER, I do not believe in a simple "sign up and pay money" process. There is nothing wrong with pledging as long as it is strongly supervised and safe. We should find a good middle ground...
To the men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Thank you for this mini training on Anti-Hazing. It is a much needed presentation that every person in the Divine Nine, as well as other greek organizations needs to view as part of their training. Many of those who haze or have been hazed believe that it is neccessary in order to gain respect;this is not so. You gain respect by the sevice that you provied to mankind and a continued willingness to perform it.Thank you. Respectfully yours a DST sister.

Great video. I've mentioned it in private and public. If we want to be serious about eradicating hazing, we need to partner with the NFL who has the biggest publicly accepted culture of hazing.
Funny thing is, the sigma light aka handbook for prospective members says the founders spared the initial professors invited to join from the "more rigorous aspects of initiation". Go read that. it'll never die, it just needs supervision. You old bros have really lost touch.
john1griff , what you don't understand is that the hazing has gotten so bad organization cannot reinitiate a proper intake process that will benefit insurance Corporations and Colleges, or Univetsity's. You, young people don't realize who have to pay these people off because you're not thinking of the consequences of your actions. No more than three years ago there wasn't going to be anymore underage chapters of the D9, intrest would have to wait to graduate because the insurance Corp did not want to take chances. Mature Bro's really don't want to mess with young guys because they don't want to listen. As a result, most grad chapters don't want to have anything to do with underage chapters.
Did you all get permission to use the pictures of these various groups' public processes in this video? In your video you are directly implying that a picture of my line standing outside of chapel is hazing. That is indirectly defaming my line, my chapter and my organization. All of the activities in that picture have nothing to do with hazing. Please remove.

Good video however nobody wants to be viewed as "skating" unfortunately because of that hazing will always exist.
