      @@financewithsharan This was a really good interview, Sharan. If I may provide one tiny feedback, it’s that you should let your guests finish their sentences. They are often cut short and the interview becomes a plain QA session, though it has the potential to be much more!

    Many things we have to learn from conard sir
    1) never stop learning
    2) hard working
    3) never give up attitude
    4) make new friends
    5) take risk in lifes
    6) avoid unnecessary expenses
    7) let your saved money do work for you even if you are sleeping
    8) be good in communication skills other you can't sell your products even they are worth

    What a rich life this person has lived totally opposite to someone doing the same job over and over for the rest of their lives ....and taking such decisions is not easy ....he was quite smart and brave .....truly truly inspiring.....the kind of life id like to live....some uncertainties.... some risks but massive learnings and stories to share .....     What a man he is.. Thanks for this Episode Sharan. One advice for u Sharan would be, don't ask the questions which ur guests hesitate to answer, for example, u asked from which state his raw materials coming fom. These questions firstly make them uncomfortable to answer, secondly these won't add any value to viewers anyway. U can avoid such Qs.

    I am 37 and was losing hope in my career. This slaps at my face showing that there are ways to turn your career in a new path even in the late 30s.
    Key is to constantly keep learning new things every single day. 👍🏼
