Raul Santos Seixas was a Brazilian rock composer, singer, songwriter and producer. He is sometimes called the "Father of Brazilian Rock" and "Maluco Beleza", the last one roughly translated as "Groovy Nutcase". He was born in Salvador, Brazil, and died of pancreatitis in São Paulo.

Raul Seixas criticized the "protest songs" made at the time by singers like Sérgio Brito and Zé Rodrix, which were becoming boring because they were so common and repetitive. And that's why he said sarcastically in the title that “I'm going to complain too”.

Quem muito gravou músicas de protestos foi Raul Seixas,por isso ele diz na música que"ele foi o primeiro
