Dean coming back sound excellent but as an alternate proposal just lean into the idea that the DungeonBreakers pick up and lose a new member all the time and have a new guest party member every other adventure
A very good suggestion. They lost Sara for pretty much the same reason. The turn over rate has coincided with the arcs they've had so it would be better just to roll with it at this point. Might even be smart to do rotations with their friends at Eurogamer and the Oxboxtra crew. It would take advantage of their already strong cross promotional relationship and the fact that the other two campaigns set in Gelt don't have to crossover here. Speaking of which, some of us would like to see more Break Quest Club and the ready made crossover.
@@MorinehtarTheBlue I like this idea a lot, would love to see any of euro gamer or oxtra teams on here as guests. If and seeing what mad creations they would come up with for one shots. Seeing luke not playing dob, or Jane not being evil would be cool as much as I'd love to see the interaction between prudence and morbos
@@danbrown7438 They need not be one shot-sque either as the character could potentially return later on. But yes when you aren't necessarily thinking about consequences or continuity you get some truly mental play. But I think we already get that in all three campaigns. Of course straight up guest spotting would also be cool. I just don't want Wheels and Lolies other PCs to go to waste or be left out either.
I appreciated watching Jarvis scramble to come up with a plausible in character reason for Morbos to join in and help. He came up with the great idea that greed would be a good motivator. Rolled really well on his perception check... Only be told "Nah. There's nothing in it for you". Shit! Back to square one.

I was a little uncomfortable with him casting his spores about, then they start having trouble keeping it together, seriously laughing out loud during this video.
I mean, Tim's just got it up; as a reaction he's being aggressive with his club, manually, brandishing it & yelling while running at the nearest big hairy thing, and it's absolutely stunning… really, only the sickest of puppies could twist this into innuendo 😇
Morbos chuckling as Tim The Goblin cast his spore thing absolutely broke Johny. I think he spent the next 3 minutes biting his tongue trying to move forward and not burst out into childish laughter. Good stuff.
Not gonna lie, I have no idea what Meehan was saying while Tim the Goblin made his attack; I was too busy watching Johnny, Wheels and Matt try not to lose it. The way you all kept making eye contact and setting each other off again has legitimately been the highlight of my day; it's exactly like hanging around with a group of friends after something funny's been said, and everyone just keeps laughing because the laughter is contagious 💙 For being such an agent of chaos (poor Johnny) and making me laugh every episode, Fizz remains my overall favorite character, but I just love Morbos so much; he's so adorable ;3 So glad you're all back it! Always happy to see more Dungeonbreaker!
I've spent the past week watching horror short films and horror game live streams, and "you cave its groin in" is still the worst mental image I've had lodged in my head.
Johnny's frustration with trying to convince three selfish mercenaries and one clueless goblin to rescue the innocent villagers is a mood unto its own.
YAY!!! Welcome back Dungeonbreakers. It's great to see you all back in action. :) With regards to the 5th player... what about "special guests"? Why not keep the changing 5th player "trend" going? One-off or recurring guests from OXbox, OXtra, or EG would be fun. Maybe special guests from tabletop game development. Or maybe a special guest from smaller RUclipsrs, or a contest winner, etc.
I think the thought of having to destroy his coffee morning pal was too much for Farid, so he turned heel and ran like an elf out of hell to go get some of that sweet non-avernus air
Yay! Missed out on the premiere but glad I got to catch up! Especially loved Fizz *eventually* and casually yeeting a sword at three gnolls and the looooong moral conversation with Morbos while Tim goes into a bloodrage at 5 of these things. It's such a challenge when the players want to help the village but there's no reason for all their characters to want to, but you all balanced that perfectly!
33:13 So let's say Tim's got it up, then he just does it manually... OK, got it.... 38:07 As a veteran of the Sword Coast, I can say with considerable confidence that the game being referred to there is called, "Orc, Cleric, Wizard..."
Yeah... Let's do it manually. The reactions were priceless. Although I enjoy me some hefty language like it's the case with Eurogamer, it's also very refreshing and wholesome to see Dicebreaker trying to be very family friendly here. Really enjoyed this session, can't wait to see how it turns out.
My other favorite DND lads and ladies!!!!! Hello all! Glad to see your back for these after your short break. Hope your all doing great!! Can't wait to see what you lot do this time
Like, ever after Alex's comment about Tim having "got it up", like, all the males in the session are having to fight periodically to hold back giggles :D It's so adorable that Alex totally didn't realize what she'd said that was so funny too!
Hey, just doing my best to help with the algorithm, absolutely love these adventures. I’m just starting this video, so I’ll comment again as the video goes on.
First off, love this channel, I’m new to D&D. Just starting my very first 5e campaign and this series has me so pumped. Secondly, it cracks me up watching from the US to hear the amount of shared pop culture references are made throughout the series lol
I don't ever recall it actually being mentioned. In the introduction Matt seemed more interested in the character he didn't play or an identity that Morbos formerly held. Frankly, even with clerics, a characters religion is only as important as the player wants to make it. Matt seems content with just playing with Morbos and his abilities as is and I'm perfectly fine with it either way.
33:12 There, now you have a shortcut to the moment where Matt, Wheels and Johnny hear a knob double entendre. 34:00 And this is the moment where I wish Dicebreaker wasn't a family-friendly channel, because that was a prime opportunity to say "Tim is attacking with his RAGE-FUELED ERECTION"
I mean, Tim's just got it up, being aggressive with his club, manually, yelling while running at the nearest big hairy thing to "go" it, and it's absolutely stunning… Now, if anyone can somehow find an --erection-- --knob gag-- innuendo in _that,_ I'll eat my hat 🎩.
Sleep is an amazing lifesaver at level 1 but soon becomes pretty much useless because things have too much HP. Luckily you can swap one spell out each time you level up.
I'm not sure the fatality risk having Tim and Merrilwen in the same space would be covered under whatever insurance they might have scraped up…on the other hand, watching Prudence and Morbos interact would be amusing, and maybe Mist and Dob could play a duet. Corazon and Fizz could moan about not getting paid enough for all this, and Egbert could just blow random stuff up 💣
Morbos: Take me hooooome, Hellish roads! To the place, I beLOOOOOOONG, West Avernis, Hellish landscape, take me hoooome, Hellish roaaaaaaads!😂

Johnny in Dad DM mode : "That's how you want to spend your time??"
🤣🤣🤣
as a dm i related SOOO hard to Johnny's face of "please for the love of yinagoo follow the plot hook"
It never gets old when Morbos calls Tim “the mushroom child”
I love how a big part of this was just Morbos and Fizz justifying why they should help the village with screaming in the background.
Full murderhobo's in action
Dean coming back sound excellent but as an alternate proposal just lean into the idea that the DungeonBreakers pick up and lose a new member all the time and have a new guest party member every other adventure

I don't think Johnny quit understood the moral alignment of the party when he just sorta expected them to help the village ps. fizz is the best
I think Mist & Tim are (or at least think they are) good... just too innocent and simple to realize they're working with the evil of Fizz & Morbos...
