This man really tempting me to go out and clean my car on a Saturday morning. Nice try buddy
Lmao 😂😂
Lol just do it throw on some music and get down to business. The main motivator with detailing is having the right tools. For me when I was new I didn't like it cause I knew I could never achieve the clean level that these guys achieve without having the tools they did. But little by little you start collecting. Couple $100 orders on amazon and I love detailing 😂😅.
😂😂
This man really tempting me to go out and clean my car on a Saturday night. Nice try buddy.
Update: I went out and detailed my car that night... for about 10 minutes. It's something though!
i legit just did this but Sunday lol
Jesus, that carpet though. Every time I watch one of these videos I want to go clean my car. Then I remember that I am lazy and it's hot outside.
Same, totally same feelings. Lol
same here. right now the heat index is 113 here in texas so i’m just gonna stay inside and watch more videos
😂 Same
Me: “I’m gonna go clean my car.”
Heat Index: *103 degrees*
Me: “Nope. Never mind.”
Its the opposite in England. It's too cold!
I hope this process costs $$$ because LORDT. He’s literally taking the car apart to clean.
Every car on the channel is done for free
@@LetsgoBrandon2023 what! Oh no that is much work!
@@LetsgoBrandon2023 hell no
Why don't these people ever take their belongings out of the car?
He probably tells them to leave it how it is, makes for a better video.
I know. Always amazes me how filthy human beings can be. : (
Exactly what I always think! Even when I take my car to a drive through car wash I always put any personal items from the floors or seats into the trunk.
Soccer moms could not care less about their vehicles, which is good for detailers but also shows the type of person they can be.
I am in no place to judge cause I can be a mess but these cars worry me about what these peoples houses look like if their cars look like this.
is it weird if these cleaning videos are calming/relaxing to me??? i watch the entire thing too
Not at all! I do the same exact thing, especially when I'm supposed to be focusing on schoolwork.
At least there's no maggot here...
Sweet relief. The maggot infested Honda Odyssey could inspire Cannibal Corpse to write a new song called "Minivan Full of Maggots."
Holy moly the carpet is actually grey! Seriously thought it was tan or brown. 😆 great job stauffer garage!
Same here.
I am surprised to see the original colour of the carpets 😂
Wall hanging the carpet and mats when scrubbing and cleaning makes it much easier on the body. I also noticed when pressure washing on hanging method the dirty water and debris flows down and not puddle into another section of fabric.
He should put the carpets on a slope when pressure washing so the dirty water all flows down and off the carpet
That's exactly what I was going to suggest. 👍
Happy Saturday Stauffer Garage Crew! What music do you jam out to when you clean?
For me... I'm a 90's punk rock guy! Hoobastank, Sum41, Blink 182, and Lit FTW!
Subscribe if you are new and thumbs up for another slayed detail!
Did you guess the right interior color of this one? I know I got it wrong at the start!
I knew it was a grayish color
Not too insanely horrible I guess for a minivan but still junky enough to be gross. I would replace the carpet if possible but at least have some rules regarding the kids .... 🤔
“So yep, I am definitely using a rake right now to squeegee out the carpet”
that had me I-😂😂😂
I could NEVER hand in my car with all the stuff in. The least I would do is remove the stuff
Its dosen't matter how much I clean my car, after I see one of your videos I'm always like: 🤔 it could be cleaner.
I am learning English with your videos, great content, satisfying.
Dude....the amount of panels and railings in that thing....I would be so lost trying to put that all back toogeather.
That’s so easy
have you seen the one which he takes apart the ENTIRE interior and ends up trashing the car cause it was so far gone??
Hi, regarding shoes you can ask the Detail Geek. He ha some waterproof shoes for his details.
Awsome. I know how elbow grease it takes to turn a turd into a rose. Great job. You need to be called Mr. Talent.
I swear McDonalds fries have been on the floor of every car you have cleaned.
Me watching these vids help me a lot with cleaning cars so thank you for teaching me a lot of interior cleaning tricks 🤗
it’s so nice to see that you’re almost at 1 million. i don’t remember how many you had when i first subscribed, but i’ve been subbed for a while now and it’s so good to see your channel grow. sending you all the best
You stated that the carpet took several hours. It would be great to know how long each of your details actually took from start to finish.
Why lol it's not necessary. Just watch it and enjoy. It's supposed to be inspiring and entertaining
I love minivan transformations. Good work
My astonished face seeing that the carpet is actually grey and not brown LOL
Am always amazed that you're able to put everything back where it goes! Another fabulous job!
I always enjoy your videos. They have a somewhat cooling effect. 😉
Glad you like them!
I can feel the warmth of the sun dried carpet right from the screen, enjoyed❣️👍🏽
Loved the video!!!!!! Could you do a tutorial on how to patch a hole in a seat? I have a light colored seat that has a hole and I wanna know how to fix it
You need to show more reactions when people get their nasty cars back all nice and clean
😂yep
I can't imagine how much better the inside of that car would smell after this.
Thanks for all the tips and information! I’ve stepped up my detailing since watching this channel and now business is taking off!! Definitely my favorite detailing channel 😄
I just ordered a pair of those shoes that came from kickstarter that are 100% water proof. and yesterday i hit them with the power washer to see if they leak and they are perfect. they are knit style shoe like yeezys i guess but are 100% water proof. if you want a good pair of soft style shoes that wont get water logged i highly recommend checking out Vessi shoes.
I was also sick of getting wet socks
“yep i am definitely using a rake right now” i died 😂
Good job, man! I am impressed with your level of detail especially in reviving that entire carpet.
Wait, That Carpet Was Grey?!?!?! DANG!!!! Great Job!
Nice hard work there! Well done! Congratulations Stauffer! 💪
I love the song Faster Car! I realized you were using it at about 6:30 and was so happy. I normally hear the Christopher Escalante version but I like this one too.
Another minivan disaster. Ever since watching your vids, if I spot a minivan in a parking lot I take a glance inside to see if it’s trashed. If I spot a couple of kid car seats, 4 out of 5 are in serious need of a detail!
Would like to see a video where you do both interior and exterior of the same “disaster” car! 😉
I'm back to watching your videos every week. They are truly calming. You had your work cut out for you on the few you've done. Keep up the good work!
This is cool. I work for Toyota at the factory where we build the Sienna. I have worked on the assembly line and had an assembly repair position for 4 years and have been all over these vans. It's good to see them so "well loved." This has to be my favorite video so far next to the roach motel!
Wow!
When you hit 1 mil subscribers you should do like a 1 hour special or a throw back episode with some of the cars from the past
Cleaning the new minivan today! Thought I'd get some deep clean ideas so thank you brother I know what to look for now haha!
Not sure if you've tried this or not but if you have a surface cleaner for your pressure washer (they are great for when you are cleaning concrete..) it works amazing on carpets!!! I sometimes dont even bother using the drill brush first! I spray on the soak and attach the surface cleaner and it kinda does it all in one! saves a ton of time too! I had a huge area rug to clean and tried it, it worked wonderful so I started using it on my floor mats too (I dont have a business but with 8 kids, I'm constantly cleaning my own van!)
Wow! Thank you for the fantastic videos. I always send them to my husband hoping he'll get the hint and clean the car. Haha!
Wow! I’ve never seen anyone take the whole carpet out!! That’s what I call a full detail!!
You're a genius, bro! I love the whole pressure washing thing on the carpet. I wish I had thought of that today. Looks amazing.
I’m so glad my husband is the same way as you, our cars are always clean! Great job love your videos❤️
That carpet is a prime example of why car companies need to eliminate the use of carpet in vehicles and install rubber flooring. Way easier to clean and maintain. Great job cleaning that vehicle and all the others as well. Learning a lot from your videos. Thank you and God bless!
I remember a couple of 'old cars' with rubber flooring...we better go back with that, specially now for the health of all!
Talk about a thorough cleaning! Awesome job man, and I'm digging those flip flops! Mine just tore up that I've been wearing for three years. Gotta get me some like those.
Keep up the good work cant get enough of your vids stauffer..hard working as always
I'd love to see the reaction of the owners vehicles when they get them back clean. Great job dude!
Finally!!!!! You do the smart thing and pull the carpet out!!!!! Bravo you!!!!
Dude, relax with the ads brother!! Jeeeeesh!!
He doesn't control the ads, RUclips does
@@deebus3471 You precious little soul
I get as much satisfaction here as i do with blackhead removal videos. Lol. Great job! I always enjoy watching your work!
I been away from the detailing for a while because lawn care is a big of my job, but you gotta make time for this...lol. awesome videos always
Loving today’s music selections ! Losing myself is a favorite
Gotta give you a big thanks for these vids, I do a lot of detailing work for family, friends, and occasional clientele and I feel like I’ve learned so much resultantly. One thing I can say I’d recommend with pressure washing the carpet, is that if you can find a way to hang it up against a wall, it saves you the effort of tediously re-washing the same spots because the dirty water moved over
Amazing stuff
Exceptional work and effort, totally worth it, as always🤜🤛
I hope you didn’t take my sandals comment literally! I only meant that would have been the one time I would throw on some sneakers, or a hazmat suit 💀 Those maggots were disgusting
Fabulous work!!! Especially w/the carpet!!! 'Till the next video!!!
Uau ficou muito bom , você é muito caprichoso. Parabéns !
One of my favorite videos so far. That carpet and the doors came out great
Looks amazing after all that hard work! I’d be having set rules for the kids for sure!
This is the real detailing.
❤️ the way he works.
This is pure art, I love cleaning now because of you 🤣
Love that!
I’d be checking for maggots in EVERY car now... 😬
Love these videos. Great job!
I like how you are always giving tips in every single video.
James, 2 things; 1: There are better tools for doing large carpet areas, including the carpet squeegee. Have you contacted a carpet cleaning business to see what kind of tools they use? i would recommend Advanced Cleaning Systems. They have a RUclips channel and are pretty friendly. 2: You have a look alike (At least i think you do) in drummer Vladislav Ulasevich from the band Jinjer. He could pass as your brother or cousin.
Wow amazing! You did an excellent job!
Very nice job James and another very nice video from you 👌
Wow! Only 3 minutes in and I realize that in these last 2 disaster details you are setting your channel heads above other detail channels. Good job!
This is the van we have!! Thanks for the motivation
This is the most satisfying car video I've ever seen. Thank you
After you said that the carpet took 2 hours even tho it was the faster option it made me respect you so much more the fact that you have that patience
Gotta bring back the reactions to these cleanings! Awesome job
Nice job brother I really appreciate your video content and the effort in chasing the ultimate finish.keep it up thanks for making the videos
Quality time spent with quality content
Biggest tip for removing trim pieces is having a screwdriver handy. Tape it down if you want to prevent any scratches and mutilation. I work in a factory so ik all the tricks of the trade. Rosebuds and metal clips are abundant.
Love your videos and the transformations😄
For anyone wondering how cars end up like this: I never thought i would let my car get dirty. But since i moved to a city and have to park about 600m (2000ft) away from were i live, i'm starting to understand. the only way to get big trash items out of my car, without illegally dumping them in someones dumpster, is to carry all of it to my flat. I have absolutely no way to vacuum the car, except for those vacuums at gas stations, which takes approx two hours out of my day (unless i want to illegally park across the house my flat is in and lay an extension cable from the third floor and across the street).
Now just imagine a couple with fulltime jobs each and having a couple kids, and voila: My car would look the same, if not worse.
There's trashcans at gas stations (which is where I empty my trash, all while my gas is pumping.. Killing two birds with one stone that way no time is lost) or you could leave a plastic bag in the car as a trash can...there's also tons of car trashcans on amazon. As for vacuuming, take it to a carwash and let them do it or go on your spare time or day off. All full-time working parents have at least one day off to do that. There's no excuse for this, it's just being lazy and neglectful of your possessions.
Where the hell do you live where you're two hours away from a car wash/vacuum yet have to live in a flat
That’s why you get a mini shop vac
Always an excuse right? If you want to maintain a clean vehicle, you will. It's that simple.
How about u dont bring trash/food into the car? Problem solved
Edit: you can buy those car vacuums (12V socket ones)
LOL The rake!! I didnt have a squeegy so I grabbed one of those mops with the sponge head, took the sponge off and used it without it! It rolls so it was perfect lol
Nice one ... Detailing takes time and u happen to follow that all the time ..
Incredible job!!
Awesome job!
Wow.. James that was amazing..
Really wish you had track list for the tunes you play. And as always, awesome work 👏
GREAT WORK MAN, STAY WELL!
Looks amazing!
I'm sure you answered this before, but is it fine to remove the seats without disconnecting the battery? My srs light turned on in my old Jetta when I did that without disconnecting. Definitely wouldn't want to set off a customers dash lights lol
They usually disconnect the battery first. In some cars removing the seats will affect?/effect? the airbags. It's better to be safe than sorry when dealing with that sort of thing.
Looks great 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
You did it Great job sir keep going 👍
Love this work
Im in shock that all that ick came out of the carpet. Amazing job!
Excellent job well done 👏👍
Hey quick question. How do you get hot water to use for your extractor. I just bought one and realized it doesn’t heat up the water by itself? Do you bring hot water from home and how do you keep it hot? Or do you use cold hose water? Am confused☹️
great job pulling the carpet out of the car and then pressure washing it! Nicely Done!
Wow amazing 😮
I love watching these videos, as it gives me inspiration that cars can actually be properly cleaned when a little effort is put into them. I've been buying tools and machines cheap through a local auction and I'm trying to keep our Odyssey as clean as I can, though it's spent the past month doing duty as a pickup truck while we've been moving from one house to another. But I'll definitely be doing a deep clean on it when all the fun and games with that are over. I have to wonder how far people come to have you clean out their car? I live on the other side of PA (Not far from NJ) and while I'd love to do a road trip I'd say it's probably far more prudent to go check out the dude here in town that just built a brand new detailing shop.
On another note, and I'll understand if you remove this comment after reading this, but I hope you and your wife and family are doing well, and finding some happiness and healing again after all that's gone in in the past few months. I don't know all of what happened (and it's largely none of my business anyways) but I did see the one news story and from what I see, you and Myka absolutely did right by that kid. Sometimes some people just require more attention and care than some people are able to give. Keep on doing what you're doing, and I'll keep watching. Okay, maybe not the maggot video. We had a bad experience with those things recently ourselves and I do not want to see them in a car. Cheers.
What tool is it that you are using to remove the hair?
Nice results!
