    Great to see you back at it Chris, you have some wonderful locations for photo opportunities. I suppose that comes from having a country that is steeped in history! Love your positive attitude even after your best laid plans went sour..........if at first you don't succeed try try again! All the best and thanks for your uploads of informative and inspirational photography.

    • @cppuk
      @cppuk  8 лет назад +1

      Ozmid thank you once again for your kind words. Yes I'm lucky to have the beautiful country side on my door step but I'm running out of places to go and photograph with out a long drive that's one of the reasons for the long pause between uploads. Anyway thanks again for stopping by and taking the time to view this adventure Chris.

    You have inspired me to visit Bradgate Park now. I've only heard of it from the history books and didn't realise it was so accessible from where I am in Nottingham. Great video, very informative too. loved the music used in the horrible woodland area where the dogs were killed. Love your passion for what you do. Keep up the excellent work. I think I was meant to come across your channel.

      Thank you so much you'll love it and so much to do and see. Landscape photography is best shot this end of the park and wildlife the other side. Hope you get to go sometime I know you'll love thanks again. Chris.

    Used to always go bradgate park as a child. From anstey over the cow fields and you come out near the ruins. I'm very surprised you didn't show the ruins and gave some very interesting facts and details. It's a good story for people that don't know. But either way very nice video and I also have never seen inside old john. Well done lad!

      It's a beautiful place to visit with everything you would want for a long day trip. from red deer to landscape. All the history of Lady Jane grey and as you said in your comment, The amazing ruins. I just love spending time in Bradgate park. Thank for your time and comment Chris.

    Chris.. I was at Bradgate last week... Did the bottom first as road was closed up to Old John car park for an accident... I'd missed sunrise anyway... Anyway, went up the top and parked exactly where you parked next to that brown car and was talking to the ranger for 10 mins... Headed off up to Old John and the ranger was there in his Landy... So when he started opening the door I knew I had to have a look inside! Lol
    Love going up there whatever the weather... Magical place when it's quiet... And it's after watching you vids that I thought I should check the place out properly... Cheers.. Great job again.

    When I see a picture of those gnarly old English oaks it makes me wonder about who else gazed upon them over the centuries. Possibly Queen Elizabeth I or even Richard The Lionheart? Great pictures as usual.

      No but my wife was and with work and looking after her it's been hard to get out and shoot. But I have done a lot of local shoots and it's not so easy to nip of for a quick vlog as it will start to be longer trips I just don't have time at the moment. But I'll try and keep them coming. Thanks again Chris.

    Hi Chris, So glad your back and you were missed. You tell a good storey mate and I hang on every word. Tell me what camera's were you using, did you use a quadcopter over the rocks, who helped you with the video seeing that you said we many times.

    • @cppuk
      @cppuk  8 лет назад

      No quadcopter here John just the gopro on a monopod my Nephew Alan was with me but i think i use we because one I was in a group of 23 on the first tour and I just like to make you guys feel part of the vlog as if your coming along for the ride.Thanks again John. Chris.

    • @cppuk
      @cppuk  8 лет назад

      +Piltdownpaul why what they done now ??????

    • @Piltdownpaul
      @Piltdownpaul 8 лет назад

      Where we stood last year , you wouldnt have seen anything, all stunts were done over a field not over the site and away from you, people were losing interest. There was lots of guys with big lenses not taking any shots at all. Very disappointing. The battlefield and trench stuff was awesome as ever.

    • @cppuk
      @cppuk  8 лет назад

      +Piltdownpaul no I was worried this was going to happen after the bad press the air shows are getting think the day of the air show may have gone long live the ground battle did you get any good shots .

    It's difficult for me to understand everything you are saying because I am a french canadian not used to British english. Still, I find your videos very interesting and your pictures beautiful. I would really like to know the purpose of the fences surrounding several of the trees toward the end of your video. Is it to prevent people from coming too close to the trees or to protect the trees from animals ?
    It's labour day weekend in Canada... Hope you are having a good weekend and thank you for sharing your videos and your pictures.

    • @cppuk
      @cppuk  8 лет назад

      Yves hello thank you for your comment the fences around the trees are to protect them from both people and the deer they are very old and very weak happy labour day and thank you once again. Chris.
