Great review. I’m an older guy, and have a couple of GMT Masters from the 1970’s, I used for heavy traveling in my career. When the kids were growing up, we all got divers trying, and went on diving vacations all over- and I carried a sub -and - a Gmt master for the time changes. I bought a Tudor GMT, and now travel on these trips with that 1 watch. Very cool.

I had the tudor gmt for a couple of years before I gave it to my son for his 18th birthday. Loved it . The one thing that annoys me about the rolex gmt is the polished centre links
Tudor is more beautiful. I’m excited to get one. Rolex is now I considered a bling2
I just picked up a used Tudor GMT on the Rolex Forums for $2500 tax free. This is a phenomenal watch, and I’ll travel with it and wear it trading off with my Sub C. The thickness is not an issue for me at all. Nice review.

Advantage Tudor: 1. You can get it at retail; 2. You can wear it anywhere without drawing unwanted attention.
Agreed!! The whole point of a GMT is to be a traveler's watch and having something so recognizable on your wrist while traveling defeats the purpose in my mind. BB GMT wins that one.

Just came across your channel. Glad I did. - what a great balanced review. I own both and agree the Tudor is serious bang for buck. You have the voice - if you could expand to include more than just the watches (like Bark and Jack) you'd have a channel that would rival the greats!

If you can get GMT BLNR at retail price then definitely that's the one to go for. Still you cannot dismissed Tudor for being a proper tool watch.
Well done! My newly acquired Tudor GMT weighs in at 183g with 1 link removed.
It's only worth the difference if you can get the BLNR at retail, otherwise it isn't.
I have the Tudor GMT, and I have had the date issue - where it jumps two days instead of one, and I had it fixed, but the date issue has returned. The date issue really has bothered me, but outside of that the watch wears great. I love the vintage feel and the black bay big crown.
Did you bring it back to Tudor to fix it? I'm surprised that the issue came back to you watch after you fix it.
What year model is your GMT?
@@dannyrogero I got it in 2018. I got one of the first ones available after they came out after Baselworld.
It comes with 5yrs warranty now and Tudor should fix your watch as it's a known issue.
Don't feel bad, Rolex 32xx movements have low amplitude issues.
Get the GMT on jubilee and you don’t have to worry about scratching the center links. Scratches just don’t show like they do on the polished links of the oyster bracelet

Agree. Jubilee is awesome on GMTs. Save the oysters for the rest of the collection.
I had the date wheel issue, mine jumped two days over night. Got fixed by Tudor AD, no problems since.
What year model is your GMT?
I love my Batman on jubilee. I wouldn't change a thing about it. Obviously I prefer it the over the Tudor GMT since I bought it and not the Tudor. The Tudor GMT is nice too, though..
Batman on jubilee is the way. I saw them both side to side and the jubilee popped so much better.

8:30 the Pepsi Rolex seems to have a third gen bezel, the colours seem just right compared to the first gen bezel. But: depends on lighting and white balance of the camera.
In person, the Pepsi bezel is fantastic.
Rolex crystals have pretty bad reflection...Also, the 32XX movements suffer from low amplitude issues.

No you can literally buy them everywhere at below retail....so why would they increase in value? They're also easy to but below retail on the used market

I love the look of the PCLs - makes the watch more dressy and fancy looking. Sure it’ll scratch more but only you’ll see the scratches :) best to keep it as is!
Would you get a Tudor GMT or Grand Seiko Spring Drive? I am on the fence of which to get. Would like an experts opinion.
