Your not allowed to work in private security if you are a serving police officer,(thanks to most forces deeming it a conflict of interests) and if he is on duty he is obliged to show you his ID on request, thanks to The Police Act, & PACE. Though its obvious to me he is nothing more than a bouncer that has got a t-shirt printed up, he should be charged with impersonating a polic officer, and affray or common assault.

You're fucking stupid. Even if someone's trespassing on private property (which he wasn't) you can get in trouble for physically assaulting someone. You're allowed to remove people from private property, but he was in public around other people. Additionally, if someone directly attacks you like that man did to him, you're allowed to defend yourself. He told him to stop touching/pushing him, technically he could sue the fake cop for physical assault.

What's going on with the UK police here? The bald guy impersonating a police officer pushes the bearded guy around for a good couple of minutes while several UK police officers just stand around watching and allowing it to happen? Is this normal for UK police, it's extremely unusual, I haven't witnessed that kind of police apathy before while someone's being assaulted?
Not only that, but why were the UK police ok with the man impersonating a police officer? Surely they're personal friends with the man, they seem quite fine with it. This is some of the most bizarre and negligent police work, or lack of it, I've ever seen. And even if he was a genuine UK police officer, this would still have been a serious violation of the man's civil rights, as well as outright police bullying.

Clearly they start out trying to de escalation the situation (A good start to avoid it getting out of hand, if you want a example of a place that doesn't do that, and the problems it create, just look at the US), and they're still de escalating when the camera stops, so none of us actually see what happens to the fake cop for doing that.

It was swamped with security and blockades and as far as three streets over there was security and signs informing people not to walk through the fucking set. He obviously listened to the warnings and read the signs and decided it would be a good idea to do the exact opposite. He's a fucking idiot.

That's odd because we refer to it here in the states as a "series" a "season" is one segment of the series which was produced during a "broadcast season" a season typically encompasses a story arch for that season, perhaps I misunderstood and you mean that Doctor Who is a program and that program has several series within it, while in America we call the program a series, and the series a season. We love nicknames in America, although it can be quite destructive to the language, I agree that the UK should retain it's culture. That every nation should.

I think I speak for many, many, many thousands of people. Millions counting people who haven't watched it.
Charles gets his video camera, finds some cops and persistently tries to annoy them before he turns the camera on. Thus once the camera is on everyone is like "Oh my goddd, the cops! they're such ass holes for provoking you..."
You're obviously just blind to this fact and this makes you a fan boy who sucks his 1 inch.
