  • In order to balance a freestanding handstand, the hands must be very active in making the balance corrections. However, the technique is subtle and is generally not the most intuitive thing to learn.
This video covers a series of exercises that isolate the movement of balancing the handstand without having to be upside down. This can be very helpful in developing the coordination prior to adding it into your handstand sets. In the best case scenario, it can help someone develop the sensation of balance much faster.
Try this in your warmup and let me know what you think.

I wonder if the best way I could honor Jamie would be to finally put some dedication toward this like I always wanted...

Your channel is incredible, but would love some different playlists to more easily find that good good content related to certain topics, ex. handstand training, planche training, flexibility, etc.

      thanks!
yeah organization is not my strong point. I have noone to help or do it for me and I have a lot going on. Plus that I'd rather use that energy for content creation rather than admin
maybe one day if I make it big, I can get someone to do it for me
I might get around to organizing playlists but no guarantees. Luuckily I have a unique name so searching is easy
