This EP released JUST before the 100 bpm twerk popped off in 2K13 - I didn't appreciate this track then as much as I do now. This & Baauer's sets in this timeframe were both definitely catalysts to that sound/genre/style getting so big.
DJnokcternal he is not quiting this is just the new type of music he is doing but who knows he may go back to the old stuff. EP is just an experimental album to give a look at what the fans think of it.
there aren't many Skrillex songs that still scratch my itch. back in the day, I bumped everything he put out. Nowadays, this is really the only track that brings me back to him, probably becaus it's so unlike anything he's done barring a few of his tracks from the MySpace days. there's none of the big screeching synths or growly mid-range wobbles. just a fat beat, some solid grooves, and fantastic sound design, brought together in one fantastic package. god dammit, the panning on the vocal sample just before the drop gets me every time.

I love this music, I love 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 music AND I LOVE 2015, 2016, 2017 AND 2018 MUSIC TOO. Be true fans and accept time changed, Skrillex changed and his music stills being fire now!!
