@@stoickingdom2024 I'm working on letting go of the "Outcome" and control...it's not easy...but it's freeing!! Also being present keeps me in the moment, life can change in a moment, good or bad!! A Dr friend told me about his 40 year old newly married friend who was found unconscious near the front door, severed spinal cord!! He finally came to, two weeks later and could reveal what happened..he walked through his front door, slipped on the hallway floor rug walking in, fell back and hit his head on the entry way door jam...he finally gained some movement in hands and feet, but may be this way his whole life....another friend passed from alcoholism...I'm so happy to be alive, to create, to move, to breathe, to think, to taste food, to laugh, to love, to pray, to know God, to keep trying, to learn, to sleep, to dream...to do these things you must be present!🙏❤️
