I agree with Achara, the people are scarier. That’s what made this trailer so intense.
From what I saw in the live chats Jaby, people were down voting because they don't like that Ellie is gay. (Even though that was revealed in the first game's "Left Behind" DLC)

Jaby, that was a brilliant description of the combat in TLoU, especially the melee. It was HORRIFYING and gruesome, and you really did feel each and every life you took, even if they deserve it in the story. Anyways, this was one of my favorite reactions in a long time...Achara's apprehension combined with your "oh shit" eyebrow exclamations...pure gold :)

Clickers were actually a specific type of “zombie”. They had fungus growing all over their face, making them blind, and they used echo location by clicking.
They even got a glenn in this game.

The girl at the begining died probably murder by some group ellie kept her bracelet (the one that we see her wear at the begining) ellie starts a revenge rampage killing "every last one of them". In that trailer we see ellie wearing the same bracelet that her girlfriend was wearing. Joel is in the game but die middle game. (Thats just my guest).

The clickers are the type of infected that can't see the ones that could fully see are called runners and the ones that are half blind are called creepers... The hardest infected are the bloaters the ones that can throw spores.

Games are getting better and better and diverse, that's why I love naughty dog, every race or nationality is found in the game franchise, it tackles sexuality well without prejudice, the twist, the storyline, the characters, the musical score! damn! Persons behind this great videogame really outdone themselves! Again! I love it! 😍😍😍

Bloaters definitely give the hardest time in my opinion. Constantly throwing spores at you and without fire you're at a disadvantage for sure.
However...
Humans do get just as, if not more so, horrible. Especially David (cannibals) . That part of the Last of Us gameplay actually terrified me. I knew the minute I encountered him (deer incident) he was untrustworthy. But they drug it out, made you work together etc. Felt so betrayed lol.

they're called infected. Runners, then stalkers, then clickers, then bloaters, they're all different. I reckon the point is that the people become the real enemy over the infected - like Bill says in the first one "at least they're predictable". But this trailer is literally insane I'm so excited.

Knowing Naughty Dog (and especially Neil Druckman) it's gonna be waay more complex than this... Not just a simple vengeance story.

I’d love to see Achara do a playthrough on this, because her reactions are hilarious as she narrates what she’s feeling.
I don’t care what anyone says, this game was fantastic
It looks as though there might be transitional scenes between the past and the present as Ellie is moving throughout her current journey, recalling certain important moments. The gameplay portion of this trailer could have been the aftermath of whatever could have taken place following the kiss that night. She could be one of the few survivors left. It'll be interesting to really get a sense for where the story is heading. Soo damn excited for this.
There are so many innovations in this game that, if delivered, will truly set it apart from the rest of the pack. Small details like the combat, the traversal points, general interactions all make for an absolutely immersive experience on a unique level.

One of the developers said that all cut scenes were in engine since theres no room for cgi on blu ray. I think its pretty obvious since a 1080p cgi cant be upgraded to 4x because its 2d, not real time.

No - she had it right - a big part of this is about the humans being actually scarier than the zombies at times... that's what sets LoU apart.

I like it when the game doesn't give you any chance how to deal with your enemies.. Like the enemies know how to find her and no more hearing mode.. It's like you're in a real situation and put you in a situation how are you gonna deal with that.. Man I have so many things to say about this trailer and how amazing it is

A listening mode that was realistically less predictable in its accuracy would be nice. You could still have the advantage of being alert and cautious, but not a superpower.

Clickers are a bit more rare i think or Atleast there are safe ares they cleared out and have patrols to keep safe.

The best part about TLOU is it was never about the clickers, it was about surviving this apocalypse, where even People are your enemies.
i remember when this gameplay trailer was released everyone was certain it was a premade cinematic but then god of war came out and this gameplay just seemed so much more plausible
The violence in The Last of Us is always plausible. That's the most unsettling part, IMO

After watching TLOU2 E3 trailer, I def had to re download the The Last Of Us remastered. Crazy thing is, I replay that game during release droughts and this is my 6th play through on the 3 and 4 and the game still gets to me every time!!
