    What a voice! Had Clive been a radio man before he did TV? I could imagine him intoning the declaration of war. He doesn’t look at the camera much.

      You are right, because Border TV went 24 hours a day on 2 September 1988!

    Border always looked quite dull and boring.

      They should have split the Border TV region between Scottish TV for Scotland Granada TV for half of Cumbria as it was then and Tyne Tees for Northern Cumbria.
