- Joined by local Nepali food expert Kabita, we set of on a whole day of eating some of Nepals most famous foods. I had a $100 budget and was either going to spend that all, or be crawling back to my hotel with a full stomach.

Good on you mate, a $100 challenge is heaps better than a $1 challenge. Cheers. 🍻
Very nice of her to bring you around. All the food looks great 👍🏻
Thank you sharing your street food experience at Kathmandu.
Welcome to the kathmandu nepal bro. Please keep it up wise you all the best and god bless you. Love from kathmandu nepal 🙏🙏❤️❤️🇳🇵🇳🇵😘😘
Thank you ❤️
Loved it
that bara shop is soo underrated, highly recommended n its very old n hard to find
O hi, David. Waited long for ur new clip. U r wearing d top u bought fm India, suits u very 👍
Just watch your video it makes me hungry man…❤
Loved this vlog, watching from Jaipur India. You should try Indian momos. Our chutney is super gooey and spicy , they add MSG in it so it's super addictive.
Awesome 👍
Hey David, glad you’re visiting our country and promoting our foods. Quick suggestion, if you’re still in Nepal, try momo at Triveni Foodland in Boudha. The buff momo they have in my opinion is the best in town. The pickle/sauce they serve is magical. Of course this is my personal opinion but I have eaten momo everywhere in Kathmandu because I lived my whole life(almost) there before moving to Croatia(current location). I crave momo from the restaurant every single day I see such vlogs. Can’t wait to get back home and eat every momo available in Kathmandu 😄. Also I’d like to recommend you few other things like tandoori chicken, naan and buffalo stew and badam sadheko(it’s peanuts mixed in local onions and spices). Have a good time and enjoy.
Appreciate the suggestions!
Come to Nepal 🇳🇵 brother .. n enjooooooooooys
David Khaii need more video with kabita
Wish i met someone so sweet and kind like Kabita. Please send my regards if you are seeing her again :) David-sathi, when are you heading to the mountains and villages??!
In upcoming videos :)
The beaten rice was always called flat rice!
There lots of Nepali food vloger ❤ you can invite them
HELLO DAVID👍💪❤😊
As a local from kathmandu. If u want to taste the authentic food. The best place to go is any BHATTI i.e. local eatery most liked found anywhere. Easier way to locate it would be a green cloth covering at the front entrance.
Thank you!
Interesting that in Nepal, even the non Indians use the classic Indian side head nod" 😂
She didnt take you to proper places to eat the dishes.
Bummer! Gives me a reason to eat again haha
Not really, all the places were decent
She did a great job. She took him to the local places, not a well-known restaurant. Tourists can easily access expensive and high-rated places all over the internet. Support small and local places. 😂
That’s not true. You can always find a fancy restaurant but to have local food only local people know. For me she took you to famous places, there are even back alley hidden gem which only experts know 😅
Damn 1 glass of lassi for 100 bugs in India u get it for 10 to 30 bugs per glass
How can I connect with her? I’d like her to be my tour guide when I come to Nepal as well
Got the company link in the description :)
I want to go nepal
Amzing country
I feel really sorry for David. The tour you got from the lady is like the back alley tour😂. There are so many good Nepalese food places she could have taken you to.
Gives me a good reason to come back 😅
Chaku = the hard brown sweet made from molases.
where did you get the tour guide, ain't no way she is a food expert. she knows nothing, and saying j mann lagyo tei. Tibetians didn't bring momo to Nepal, it was the Newars who brought it while trading. He's asking something and she's answering whatever she likes.
where u from bro
Vietnamese but born in Australia
Your buddy is so beautiful ❤ mostly Nepali ladies are beautiful
Lassi is indian
hello kabita
I am already full by 5$ u spend out of 100..😂😂😂
😂
Can you just pronounce momo not momos okay
Seriously..People living in India are so dumb saying momos even after correcting them.
Some sweets are not a nepalese origin it's indian and that lady guide is also more like an indian food promoter , it looks like she doesn't know anything .
you look like nepali
I get that a lot haha
@@davidkhai you look nepali rapper Laure (ashish rana)
100$ ridiculous
Dave, you're supposed to eat using your left hand, mate!
Your right hand is used for wiping your bum! 😂
Just the other way around, you always eat with your right hand in Asia!!!
@@annasudhakar6233 Really? Hahaha
When you have 0 knowledge of what you're talking about
Momo is Tibetan food. And it’s momo not momos
sure mate
Momo is Nepali. Dumplings are Chinese/Tibetan. Just because there are noodles in Asia and Europe doesn't mean they are only belonging into one nationality.
Im dying how poor is her English lmao i feel ashamed
Lassi jalebi cham cham samosa gulab jamun are not nepali bro 😂😂😂
Women empowerment is good, but why this woman?
ikr 😆 the way she speak english lol💀 who put em as a guide nowadays 😭
Whoever lady is that she has no idea about Nepalese food. She is taking you to Indian food places.
