I suspect it's because for Shirahoshi/Mansherry you have Shirahoshi out instead of Mansherry. Shirahoshi is a Cerebral/Striker, only Mansherry is a Cerebral/Free Spirit. As such, Yamato's Captain to have 6 Free Spirit to remove the Paralysis wasn't met.

This is amazing but I got a question. In stage 3, even though I got all the units, my yamatos did not remove patalysis
