Superhero movies are fun and all, but there’s a slew of back-end business deals that convolute the entire movie-making process. As most fans already know, different characters are owned by different companies, and it becomes extremely difficult to create cinematic universes and overarching storylines when contracts and strict licensing agreements are involved. One prime example of this is with Spider-Man and Venom. The duo have long been linked to one another in the comics, but on the big screen is a different story.
In this video, we’ll theorize how Venom can be introduced into the MCU, both from a storyline perspective and a legal one. We’ll break down exactly how Venom can appear in the MCU, or, conversely, how Spiderman could appear in the Sony Universe. We’ll also examine the relationship between Sony and Disney/Marvel and how this factors into the equation. And finally, we’ll look into the backstory of this epic relationship between the two characters. This is How Spiderman Will Introduce Venom To The MCU.

You forgot about option 3 dude. Where Sony tells Disney that they want to renew the deal with new terms, one of those terms being Venom joins the MCU.

Mark Kevin Apalisok I believe it will be the other way around, Spider-Man will be in Venom 2 (Towards the end) and possibly show up in Venom 3 as a 2nd lead.

Keem he’ll probably get the symbiote at the end of phase 4 andkeep the Tom hardy venom in a separate universe until maximum carnage. Even if there were a spider verse crossover I don’t think he’ll get the symbiote from a separate universe. I think it’s gonna make its appearance in a Thor movie or GOTG3. Then in an avengers level movie it will eventually find its way onto peter.
I personally believe that the next villain is going to be Scorpion.
*Explanation:* Spider-Man’s Homecoming
_Credit-Scenes:_ Adrian Toomes, AKA The Vulture is being approached by a man with a scorpion tattoo (which could very much be hinting the fact that it could be scorpion) to which the man (Scorpion?) proceeds to ask what Spider-Man’s identity was.
AND in Spider-Man Far From Home (Spoilers if you haven’t seen it) The credit scene shows Spider-Man putting MJ back to “safety” after taking her through the city with his web slingers. To which they both see an incoming report from the Daily Bugle featuring non other than J. Jonah Jameson reporting the “tragic death” of Quentin Beck (Mysterio) and showcases a video taken from Mysterio moments before his death revealing Spider-Man’s true identity.
Now as I was saying before with Scorpion wanting to know Spider-Man’s identity for some reason... Scorpion now has Spider-Man’s identity which leads me to believe that Scorpion may as well be the next villain in Spider-Man 3.
Now, this all leads me to believe that the whole Spider-Man franchise is leading up to non other than the Sinister Six consisting of:
Doctor Octopus (Leader)
*Vulture*
*Scorpion* (?)
*Mysterio*
Sandman
Kraven the Hunter
(The ones in bold are ones that have been in the Spider-Man movies)
Mysterio *IS* sAiD to be dead but we don’t know if he manipulated E.D.I.T.H. to tell Spider-Man that he was dead. Mysterio did use special effects to stage multiple events that lead people to believe him as being a good guy, we never know if he staged his own death or if he manipulated E.D.I.T.H..

Don’t get me wrong, I love Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, but I can’t picture Venom being in his series of movies. His movies don’t have a serious enough tone to include him.

the spiderman villains we have so far in the mcu so far are scorpion, tinkerer, vulture, prowler, shocker and mysterio
so *maybe* they might be the sinister 6 , and the prowler is a great way to bring miles morales into the mcu. we had the elementals in ffh which marvel said were based on hydroman, moltenman, cyclone and sandman, but they were just mysterios illusions, although and article was read by flash about hydroman written by morris bench, the real name of hydroman in the comics.
also the multiverse is confirmed to be canon so there could be a marvel spiderverse film which could potentially include maguire and garfield returning to their roles as spiderman

Disney must definitely buy Spider Man, so to return it to Marvel. There's a feeling that MCU is going to be based hugely on the Spider Man (i'm almost sure that's the way Marvel is heading), just like Iron Man was in most of the movies to now. And that will be a fucking blow for Marvel.
As about Sony - it sucks, it should not go for that and fairly let Marvel do what they are best at, and they proved it. The fair contract would be to only get the profits of merch and video games. It's fucking ridiculous if the contract stays as currently that Sony is getting the box office for doing nothing. Fuck you Sony.

Supposedly The contract was a conditional 5 movie contract. Either Far from home or homecoming had to make at least 1billion which far from home is about to do. If one of them didn’t hit 1billion Sony would get to continue the series outside of the marvel MCU if they make the money they can continue

This may sound dumb from a Disney fan, but I think Sony should keep Venom and let Disney buy spider-man... We don’t really “need” a MCU Venom... Besides, I feel like Sony should keep Venom and make him the Anti-Hero of their Marvel universe... It’s not like they haven’t already done this. X-Men are bound to come to the MCU but I think it will be through multiverse travel... So if Disney wants to bring Venom in so bad just have him be part of Sony’s Marvel Universe and have them crossover through multiverse...
why would sony not want to renew their deal? disney is literally making billion dollar movies for them while they get all the profits. all the while they can still do all these other venom spinoffs, and the animated spiderverse movies, and the spiderman games, they've both got plenty of reason to renew the deal.

I like that idea a lot actually, BUT to put it simply: because money
If they make Tom Hardy's awesome Venom fight the child spiderman they got in avengers now that would be stupid. If they introduce spiderman into the Venom movies it needs to be a more grown up spiderman who doesn't get most of his powers from a tech suit, like Toby Maguire's spiderman. Spiderman should be a young adult and his web and other abilities should come from himself and then if he is ever put into the Venom movie either they should fight and then Venom bites his head off and consumes him or they team up to fight somebody else. If they make him loose to spiderman that would suck and end the venom movie series

i do not think that "Venom Vs Spiderman" will happen cause in the " Venom 2 " trailer we see that Spiderman will fight WITH Venom and not AGAINST Venom, so Spiderman and Venom fight against Venom Copy in red and black known as Carnage the Killer version, BUT Venom can not make weapons with his " SLIME " like Carnage (welp actaully it is symbiote and not slime anyways), Carnage is crazy and the Person inside Carnage is Cleadus Kasady and he is crazy and laughs always, sort of like the Joker but Joker is allot more crazier then Carange, if we look back in the old Spiderman Show we see Spiderman and Venom WORK TOGETHER to DEFEAT Carnage.
