That must be so tough this year!! Definitely check out ruclips.net/channel/UCpABB2F-hk8fx-eUnJeegGQ ruclips.net/user/starrysky1004 ruclips.net/user/WilliamsCollege but I'll definitely try to keep posting, thank you for the feedback!
(Edit because this is bothering me: the mountain I can see from my room is not Greylock lol that’s in the other direction, I think this one is Pine Cobble?? idk we’re in a valley there are a lot of mountains and they’re very pretty you get the idea)
I went to visit Williams College this summer and it’s a very welcoming place, but you’re right about the food, they don’t really have a lot of variety and there food isn’t that good regardless, I want to go there. Question, were you able to pick whether you wanted a roommate ?
I've actually been pretty happy with it since getting out of quarantine! Especially compared to other small colleges, they really have a ton of options (especially in a normal year lol) including all sorts of dietary preferences--and whenever you want to mix things up, there's always Spring Street! The number of dining spots means that lines will be much shorter than at schools with one big dining hall. You can request whether you want to be in Frosh Quad, which is mostly doubles, or Mission, which is all singles; I think in a normal year, you can request whether you want a roommate, too (there were no roommates this year). Preferences are usually honored, but it isn't a guarantee. Best of luck with your college apps!!
Oh, best of luck! Congratulations, even if it feels complicated, that's still a huge accomplishment. I'm sure you'll do great things no matter where you end up!
I've covered that in my video coming out shortly! My Instagram is private, but I'd highly recommend checking out the Williams official insta accounts to learn more about student life.
This year, due to COVID, everyone has their own room. Normally, Mission (my building, where about half the freshmen live) is all singles and Frosh Quad is a mix of singles and doubles. Upperclassman housing varies--some singles, some doubles, some suites--but in general, Williams has by far the most singles proportionately of any college I know of.
I'm afraid that's a question for the Admissions Office rather than me, but the College definitely values building a diverse & multinational community! More info here: www.williams.edu/admission-aid/apply/international/
I love Williams-you can check out my other videos to learn more about why! It's ranked the #1 liberal arts college in the country and is really well regarded here (and even if you're looking at living outside the US, professors have connections everywhere).
Please make more vlogs/videos abt Williams! I haven’t been able to visit and there’s only like 4 vlogs abt Williams on RUclips😭

does the desk come with the compartments at 9:19 or did you buy them separately? great vid!
I bought the compartments separately!
On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely is an international student to get selected to William's against an American student?
