FOOD FROM THE WOOD(Pusuk Bhu)

Pusuk Bhu or roundheaded or longhornes borers are the larvae of wood-boring beetles. very worms infest trees that are already dead or dying from other causes .
Adult longhorned borers may be up to 2 inches in length; flatheaded borers are generally smaller. It’s chomping action and large mandibles are said to have inspired the design of the modern chainsaw.
Since time immeroable Pusuk Bhu have been consuming as food by indigenous people across the globe 🌎 .
In India it is consumed as food (source of protein and fats) by indigenous people of Northeastern India.
The very vlog was shoot at the forest of place called Lingthem, Upper Dzongu, North Sikkim, India.
