    What's that plantain powder?, is it the same as the plantain fufu powder we usually get from African store for making plantain fufu?

    Oh wow! How did I miss this recipe. Plantain moi moi with levels. Looks so good. I love how you fried the tomatoes and peppers to remove the tangy taste. Came out looking so awesome. 👏👏

    Looks so yummy, love how you fried the sauce to get rid of the tangy taste,it turned out yummy, but i prefer the unripe plantain version 😁 this one is too sweet for me 😍

    This is absolutely delicious!!
    I want to try this for dinner tonight, combining both ripe and unripe plaintain. I have all recipes but not plaintain flour. Can I improvise with something else like bakingflour or cornflour? Your thoughts please.

      You can exclude plantain Flour, make use of Unripe and ripe plantain, it'd go well 😋

    Why use tomato pasta and fresh tomatoes? It takes way the natural local taste. I don’t like it .
